Excellent, knowledgeable and relaxed staff offering superb customer service. Grensons boots and shoes are extremely else represented here. If you're looking for top quality footwear, sold to you passionately and professionally then this is your store.

I love the brand! But this shop has serious problems with customer service. The sales manager was annoyed that I picked up a shoes to try.. no hello, no good bye. Extremely unpleasant

Absolutely uninterested staff with a very, very limited knowledge on their product and existing stock. Girl sitting on a computer totally absorbed by the screen, the guy waffles when asked a question with no interest to look for what you are asking for. Strongly advise management to visit the nearby Joseph Cheaney shop to understand how things are done. I’ve been twice here to not get any help even if I was coming to buy.

Hello,I didn't know this brand at first and when I looked for some informations I found out that they have several grades of shoes, some of them with the same shape !So I was very scared to buy a British" label without the quality of Church's or Lobb (I have oxford and chelsea boots from Church's and Loafers from Lobb since years).Eventually I saw a black Grenson brogue with a hi-shine polishing finish called Walbrook at a sales price (231£) and I ordered it.It comes from the "London Collection" and is handmade in Northampton.They call the hi-shine polishing finish "Bookbinding" but it's not the plastic paint that you can find on first price shoes (+/- 100£). It's a in-the-house process with special waxes which gives a shiny and long-lasting color to the shoes.They are the best shoes I have ever worn

Unfortunately the staff was today (2 pm) pretty rude !

Despite alot of negative reviews on here I called in today as I was after a new pair of winter boots. My experience was nothing but positive. The lady who served me was very helpful, knowledgeable and gave me as much time as needed. Theres was loads of choice for mens shoes and boots. All in all a great experience and ill be back in the future. Thanks

I bought some shoes here and within a few months they had holes in the front and they were very slippery. To the extent that it was dangerous to walk in them. Even after they were worn in.

I seem to have had a different experience to some. Good service and prices are excellent. They do stock men's shoes. Size availability is limited but that's to be expected from a factory outlet shop.
