Order acknowledgement showed address as 23 Wolverhampton, but had correct postcode. House number should have had a further number and letter but despite contacting company twice they still sent out order without amendment - fortunately postman was more helpful. I had however ordered Energiser bulbs and even though packing slip showed this I was sent Polaris bulbs - cheap version. Have been waiting a week for response to my request for change or refund but surprise surprise no joy. Needless to say I will not be ordering from this company in future.

1. This Company sent me different light bulbs to those that I ordered.2. This Company ignored three different emails I sent trying to resolve this issue. 3. Their phone number is permanently engaged.

Could not supply items I paid for. No refund of £39.81. Phone always busy. Terrible company avoid at all costs. They have now sent lamps I cancelled but not the balance of the refund . Ordered April its now July.

I would strongly advise not to order from this company. I placed an order around 3 weeks ago and was sent the incorrect bulbs. I have sent numerous emails and no reply’s. I can assure you, they are happy to take your money and leave you with no product!! In this current climate, do not use this company. I can only post with one star, they deserve none.
