Purchased an absolutely amazing BMW 3 series Xdrive M sport from Bradley. He provided the best customer service and made sure we know everything about the car and got to use it. Had to drive 4 hours to Bradley but it was 100% worth it. Car is amazing not one problem at all. Anyone needs a car I suggest you contact Bradley. He is very knowledgable about the cars he sells and he makes sure to explain the car to his customer properly. He is not like any of them cheap dealers that are just after the money, he is very very professional.It was nice dealing with you Bradley.Thank you

This review isn't based on the car I've purchased, unfortunately there were some issues with it which resulted in it having to be returned back to Bradley from Essex Cars Ltd. This review is more to do with Bradley's customer service. Buying the car from him was a breeze, I showed up and was able to test drive and get a finance offer back same day. Bradley uses brokers who found me a very competitive finance offer which other companies struggled to beat. The car had a few minor faults crop up after purchasing (which can happen, not a fault of Essex Cars Ltd), Bradley was very helpful and communication was great. When you need him you will get through to him which is very helpful. He was very honest and transparent throughout and went the extra mile to try and get my car back to me in perfect working order. It didn't work out this time but I'd be happy to deal with Bradley again. Cheers.

Bradley is the best of all car salesmen that I have ever met or had dealings with, especially being a female buyer when I have encountered less than favourable treatment by some others! He goes above and beyond, is helpful, cheerful and fair. I would happily recommend Bradley to anyone thinking of changing their car. Thank you for looking after me in such a courteous manner.

I've now purchased 3 cars from Essex cars and have found Bradley a pleasure to deal with and very knowledgeable too. I probably don't use half the functions he demonstrated on my BMW but at least I'm aware now. Thanks for everything will deal again no doubt.

Bradley is a nice bloke and was very professional throughout my purchase. He was also very knowledgeable about the car and took the time demonstrate all of the functions. The process of part exchanging and arranging finance was all done and dusted in the space of around 3 hours. I love the car and the price was very reasonable.
