Excellent little jewellery shop, with very helpful staff. Do a great job of changing batteries in watches. Dropped in as my watch had stopped, expecting a new battery, but it was just some dust, no charge. They could have got away with charging me for a battery I didn't need, but they didn't. Thank you!

Fantastic range of jewellery, reasonable prices. Staff are friendly and do all they can for you and it's never too much trouble. I won't go anywhere else!!

Friendly staff, Andy is knowledgeable and helpful. They make their own jewellery but are not online (in the interests of quality) so it is best to go into the shop. Always good for getting your watch sorted!

5 star serviceThe staff are so friendly, helpful and knowledgable.I had a very special ring brought for me and engraved with a personal message from abroad, but it was too big!We went to Salina with not much hope that anything could be done but the ladies in the shop helped me work out what ring size I actually am and the jeweller then made the ring to that size.I’m so happy.Please note the closing time on a Saturday is 4pm not what is stated on here.Thank you again to all at Salina Jewellery

Not a happy customer. I took my white gold engagement ring and wedding ring in to be resized. I collected them today and have been sent away with two gold looking rings! I went back in to speak with the ladies and explained my concern about the colouring. They said it was because I hadn’t had them rhodiumized. When I originally took my rings in the lady asked me if I wanted this done and I said no as they had only been done a month ago before my wedding and my rings were still very shiny. She did not tell me that if I didn’t I would be picking up dirty yellow looking rings. I am no jeweller but I don’t expect rings back that are a different colour to those that I went in with. They said if i wanted them done it would be another £30.The cost is not what bothers me so much here, it’s more the lack of knowledge of the lady I originally spoke to and the fact it was not explained to me that having my rings resized would completely change the colour. I have had a ring resized before and collected it in the condition I had left it in for a fraction of the cost.There was no compassion here and I’ve left a very disappointed customer.
