Was looking for a golf r for ages, every one I had seen was not for me. I came to a&a auto sales and found the perfect car for me. No issues whatsoever, the team were lovely and very helpful, we were served by Arslan and Adnan, both very nice guys, helped us out from the start to the end. Could not recommend enough.

found the car i was looking for , asked Adnan if they could deliver to Kent , and was told no problem . Paid for the car over the phone, and car was delivered next day . Me and my mrs were very happy with Arslan at A & A Autosales he was very patient and welcoming we purchased a 2018 kia venga and part exchanged my kia sorento. The process was absolutley transparent and fairDeffo not pushy at all easy going and relaxed experience, even gave me a gift of a litre of engine oil. Bought a car from these. All very friendly people,was happy with the car,untill i got it home to find out it has an oil leak! I was issued with a warranty,but after i read through it,it says it doesn't cover oil leaks. So I'm now having to sort the problem myself. I never had an apology,was told they would sort it,but I've had no help. Warranty is useless. Other than the oil leak,the car is fine,but I'm now left with sorting this problem out. I would of happliy given 5 starts if this hadn't happened

I just visited A & A Autosales and I was welcomed by both brothers the business owners. Really welcoming!!! I see the difference between a family run business however they have so many cars to choose from and they are all lovely cars! I purchased a lovely Audi RS3 my dream car! the car was in pristine condition exactly how the advert was told really good family business with a clear mind too go further I would definitely recommend this business thank you for looking after me I will be seeing you again. I would give 6 stars if I could!!!!

Purchased car from this guys, arranged deal by phone, transferred deposit of £2k and arranged collection day. Car was a little bit overpriced, but car had specks and colour combination exactly how I wanted, that’s why I didn’t mind to pay a little bit more than other simulare cars advertised somewhere else. On arrival I noticed condition of the car not as advertised and some stuff missing. Interior had nail varnish or glue in some places, exterior had scratches and bad paint repairs, all alloys curbed and in need of refurbishment, squeaking brakes, missing parcel shelf, missing 2 headphones from rear entertainment system, missing exterior plastic component where is pan operational buttons, crack in the windscreen drivers side, rear washer jet not working. Some of this things i noticed straight away, some of it I only found out later. But you know what, it’s fine, I’m not that guy who complains and tries to knock price down for everything. I turned blind aye on all this as I already paid deposit of £2k and traveled 150 miles to collect this car. Just shows how greedy they are, asking top money for the car and can’t spend some money on prep.Down the line few months later still in consumer rights act 2015 period, car needed servicing, took to manufacture specialist to do full service. After their investigation, they found out there is oil leak and coolant leak, coil spring broken, brake discs and pads all around needs changing. My bill to sort all this issues will be approx £5k as oil leak involves engine out job, many hours of labour.Before buying this car I checked mot history, in previous mot there was advisory’s about oil leak and brakes low, I assumed all this fixed and repaired as there is no advisory’s on last mot, brakes should last approx 50k miles, but I purchased car with already low pads and squeaking brakes, and I won’t be able to notice oil leak as this cars got 8 litre of engine oil and car fitted with under tray, that’s why I can’t se any oil stains on the ground. I do believe car had fake mot. I did my research, and I think that’s why owner before me got rid of this car only after 2 months of ownership and sold to A&A auto sales very cheap, so they got margin in this car approx £6k. Also some hpi check platforms showing this car as category C write off. I had contacted them to inform about all this, after several ping-pong emails they agreed to contribute toward the cost, making this up like they doing this as a good will gesture, LOL, like they doing favor and ignoring consumer rights act. Then they decided for some reason not pay anything, and told me in email reply ‘see you in the court’ probably they didn’t like my email reply or amount of repair cost. Now I taking them to court. In beginning I only wanted them to fix oil leak and coolant leak or pay for repairs, I was fine to pay for wear and tear parts, but ombudsman adviser told me to mention everything above in the court, now my claim amount will be bigger with court cost and lawyer fees and my inconvenience. A&A auto sales if you reply to this review, please don’t use your little trick like you used in one of the review reply’s, you exactly know who I am, and see you in the court.

After recently having a terrible experience with buying a car that had to be returned we felt we needed to be really careful with our next purchase.As soon as we arrived we both felt at ease, the cars out to purchase were all good condition and fair prices. We went on a test drive with one of the businesses owners who was lovely and easy to chat with. We picked up the car the next day after he kindly agreed to put a full Mot on it for us.We had our car mad son with us who loved looking at the old fire engine.He's also got some great products in his office for sale at great prices. Would absolutely recommend this place to friends and family.
