Prices are quite high compared to of course other shops. But I always find something great in this store from seasonal gifts, birthday presents and more. Also great staff and I like the Halal section & options. Also an in-store Argos is great.

Nice super store with ample parking.. Friendly staff and good variety of stuff you would expect from Sainsbury supermarket. The bunnies were looking very angry, they were super soft and perfect gift for a little one, no pun intended..We had a stop for Argos too and as expected the staff was friendly and happy to help..

Wot can l say! This is my beloved SavaCentre and locals from the 80's would remember it as such. It was probably one of the first hypermarkets in the West Mids. I remember going there in my dad's old Escort (really old car) and it and everything you could ask for; food, clothing at the time, toys and lots of them. Good selection of food and they also sell small electrical items and gaming in addition to stationary. This also have a branch of Timpson. I would wholeheartedly recommend this branch of Sainsbury's (Why break the habit of a lifetime; I still call it SavaCentre).

This store has a serious issue with the way they handle the TU clothing section. The fitting rooms are OFTEN closed at RANDOM times of the day/week for no apparent reason. It is near impossible to speak to a manager about the situation and it is becoming ridiculous. I had to walk away several times as I was unable to try clothing on. Today was no exception. We were several customers with heaps of clothes to try. We walked away not buying after 45 minutes of waiting for someone to turn up and open the pad lock on the fitting rooms. Someone from the head office should really pay attention to this recurring issue at the Oldbury store and do something about it. It’s frustrating and poor customer service.

Probably my favourite supermarket chain. I personally find they do the best balance between quality food and good value. Not as flash as M&S or Waitrose, but definitely the best of the rest. This is a great store. I've been coming here for decades and usually do most of my Christmas food shop from here. Also their petrol is usually the best priced local to me, only occasionally undercut by Tesco Extra in West Bromwich. Lots of free parking (two levels of it), and now also has an Argos inside.

Went to Sainsbury's today, the trolleys were in a dreadful state either did not move on their wheels or were full of other customers rubbish. As for the selection of fruit it was pathetic why is everything so small? A bag of tiny lemons were well past their sell by date covered in black spots.Sainsbury's really needs to up it's game in so many areas.

I walked out. There was two in front of me and about 4 others behind me and after 30 minutes I just didn't want to wait any longer and took my busines elsewhere. Why didn't they put another member of staff on to get the back log down.

Really nice and big store, having a lot of discounted products as I pictured. Close to a big commercial area.

Very disappointed today. Arrived just after 3 o clock. Checked with security guard for closing time. He said 5 o clock. I thought that would be fine the same as Asda Merry Hill.I visited the public toilets.Everywhere was disgusting. Dirty, messy, very hygienic. The sanitary bins were overflowing showing worn dressings and dirty paper.I asked the security man to call the manager, which he did. I waited by the door for about 10 to 15 minutes (could have been longer) but no show from the manager. I told security I didn't really want to wait any longer as I had shopping to do in a restricted time. I was under the impression I'd got just over an hour to finish my shopping.I started looking around the gents clothing section with my husband and put a few things into my trolley. As I left the clothing/none food departments the PA system let the customers know that the store would be closing shortly. I was shocked as I thought I'd got plenty of time. I checked with my phone. It seems the store was closing at 4pm not 5pm. I think I'd got about 15 minutes to finish my shopping.First of all, the security man had no idea of the shop closing times. I certainly wouldn't have waited, wasting my time, hoping for a quick chat with the manager who didn't show up anyway. I also wouldn't have had a good walkabout in the non food departments either wasting more of my food shopping time.My visit was a total waste of time.I won't be going back.
