Very professional, friendly and honest people.I went to the shop for unlocking my old phone. It literally takes 5 seconds and a pin and job done with a very reasonable price. So thanks and bye .. story wasn't ends here. I left my iPhone 6s Plus in the shop and went home... well they kept my phone nice and safe. What can I say. Awesome experience. Highly recommended.

Needed a new screen for my iPhone and after a bad experience at another local shop (itechsquad St Annes) they replaced it with a 2nd hand genuine Apple screen. They gave me good a discount too due to some scratches and had it done within the hour. Great service and knowledgeable staff. They even gave me 2 free screen protectors as a courtesy! Will always use these guys in the future.

Very happy with the service I have received from this shop. I needed a new screen as my iPhone 11 Pro screen had a black bubble in it. The shop repaired the screen and were friendly, accommodating, helpful, patient and offered excellent customer service. The manager/owner even advised not to replace the screen until I absolutely needed to which I thought was both honest and humble. Not money grabbing. Thankyou to a great business whom I would highly recommend. Would return to this business and have already started sharing such a good experience with family and friends. Harwoods deserve the fantastic reputation they have.

Repaired two phones, well and really reasonably priced. What set them apart, was a young lady who'd dropped her phone, she was really upset as risked loosing the photos of her babies Christmas, she was so distressed in the shop. They kept her calm, reassuring her all the time, and managed to keep the photos - then wouldn't accept any payment from her. Blew my mind, absolutely amazing.

Excellent service. Was on holidays and my already cracked Huawei P30 Pro screen finally gave out on me. I'm glad it happened in Blackpool and not London as I had been quoted almost £400 to replace the screen. Harwoods quoted me £189 for a brand new screen or £100 for a used screen with a very small hairline fracture. You bet your bottom I spent the £100 and you couldn't even tell that it has a crack its so minor. They did an excellent job and very quickly. They even put on a gel screen protector for free and had a wide variety of really beautiful and functionl phone cases for the Huawei P30 Pro to purchanse for £5. I definitely recommned their services. Staff is friendly, prompt and very helpful. Prices are extremely reasonable.
