I have used this company on many occasions for standard cleans and deep cleans and it is very deserving of 5 stars!! I have always received a professional service carried out to a high standard with the owner going above and beyond with the finer details and extra little touches, Thank you

Do not use! She never showed. We booked a week in advance for end of tenancy cleaning. The lady initially agreed to Saturday (the day before our tenancy ended) but forgot. When we called to double check she was coming on Saturday she asked if she could come Sunday instead (the actual day our tenancy ended). However on Sunday she never showed, and ignored two texts and numerous calls. She only answered the phone when we called from a different number. She sounded hungover and fed my partner an obvious lie about being in hospital and how she’d ‘tried to text back and cancel’. If you try to text back, you text back. Do NOT use this cleaner.

DO NOT USE. If I could give 0 stars I would. We paid for an end of tenancy clean and the flat was left filthy. They were 4 hours late to the job - I had to go to my own Graduation Ball that night - and frankly what they did was appalling. The woman left to go do another job and left another woman in the flat who seemed fixated on the oven. All they concentrated on was the oven - it is still dirty. We had to spend the next day, after graduation ball, cleaning the flat ourselves, after they took almost £200 from us. They hadn’t even dusted basic things like windowsills and desks. She was then very very slow in 'refunding' (she gave us £20 back) because she went on a night out - presumably with the money we had just paid her to clean". I would strongly advise against using this service

DO NOT USE! We were completely let down by this service - as another review states, if I could give 0 stars I would! We requested a full deep clean for the end of our tenancy - she came, saw the flat and agreed on a price for a complete deepclean (reasonable at the time) - including an extra payment for a ground floor communal stair area.The house was left in a disgusting state, the oven, microwave, freezer, surfaces, and many of the carpets were left untouched - all of these are claimed to have been done on the invoice. When sent pictures of the mess and untouched items she argued that she had personally inspected and deemed them clean. The communal stairway was not cleaned at all despite the extra payment. Next to nothing was done. We are having to do the deep clean ourselves now.The lady was extremely hard to contact for an invoice and ignored calls and texts for a 3 week period from multiple numbers. She only replied to my text after I rang her phone multiple times incensently.The shining reviews above are from herself and friends - the same profile sent us the invoice.DO NOT USE!
