The person who I asked about the model Y arranged for meto have a test drive could not have been more helpful,answered all my questions ,he was extremely patient and and the experience was everything I thought it would be,the car is better that I hoped for ,but be warned,this car is FAST,Very FAST and you will gasp.Thank you for the experience,and yes I Want One

I have had a really good experience from Tesla Cambridge. I arranged test drives for both Model 3 and Model Y. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable and well worth a visit if you are considering what are the best EVs on the market.

We came, we saw, the ppl already in the Tesla were indulging in the experience, we waited 15mins and then gave up.

It's a nice store, I think it's quite telling from the other reviews how jaded and petty some of the reviewers can be.It's a car showroom in a shopping arcade, it's where families go. If you are going to complain about seeing children around the cars why don't you go out of town and find a proper showroom? Silly grown ups and their entitlement really.It's a fun store, with a nice atmosphere and it's more of an event than a shop to be honest.Would give higher marks but the person wouldn't let me take it for a test drive then and there its dangerous to drive it inside the arcade"...apparently"

Couldn't get the computer to work and the guy didn't offer to help. Answered my questions with out any expansion or interest. He didn't want to engage with me. Guessing I wasn't dressed rich enough for him!

Outstanding service from Oli Kirk. Friendly, patient, informative. Handled any queries and problems with ease.All in all a great experience. :)

Nearly 7 weeks now I'm still waiting for my V5 from DVLA for correction, Wrong Name and Colour Both filled by tesla In Cambridge.Please Check twice before you send something to DVLA.
