Hair with TLC
Will not be going there again! I made the stylist (Owner) aware I was going through postpartum hair loss hoping she could be gentle when combing. She literally was yanking my hair trying to de-tangle it while I held it. She then cut my hair, dried and straightened it without showing me how much had been cut at the end. I requested it to be cut alittle more as I thought it was still long she did it but didn't seem happy about doing it.

Hair with TLC
Really pleased with this hairdressers. They listen to what you like and do it. A little bit more priced than your average hairdresser but as they say 'you get what you pay for'...and it shows with the products they use and knowledge they all have...definitely recommend this place

Hair with TLC
Not a very 'happy' place to get your hair cut. Grumpy training girls, no smiles or cheerfulness-try to rush and race you out of the door. The only one who smiled was Tess. Had Suzi a couple of times now, cuts and styles very well. Best in area in fact. Would be good if TLC offered a loyalty scheme, earn a stamp everytime you had a particular treatment, then once accumulated enough stamps, maybe a free cut or conditioning treatment etc. Just a thought. No reflection on you Suzi. Customer is king, if customers not happy, then they'll not return.
