Not competitive with gold sale prices.Got a quote from a local jeweler to sell 11grams 18ct gold. £200.Here, £88.Understandably, companies are going to take a commission when buying gold. The market price that day was around £20.10 per gram.So the jeweler was going to make around £20.This place, £122.I did advise them of what I had been quoted elsewhere and they said they couldn’t match the price.Naturally I went back to the local jeweler.
