The lovely gentleman at JK Auto was very patient and very informative. He was very respectful and he answered all my questions without judgement or impatience.I have very limited knowledge of the workings and faults of a car but he made it simple and easy to learn. I am a foreign female and he advised me on products to use, and how to look after my car’s needs.I have committed to using this garage for all my car needs.

We had our vehicle in with this garage for the last few months for repair of vibration in our vehicle. JK Autos continually put back the date for the repair, which meant we lost our MOT slot.After one failed misdiagnosis which cost us £310, they then said issue was flywheel - which I had already told them was the main issue when I left car in - I had also supplied them with the flywheel parts and clutch, but they said these were incorrect for the vehicle - they then ended up charging us extortionate prices for both the parts and labour. And when I asked to see proof/invoice for cost of these replacement parts, they flatly refused.In total, the cost for repairs ended up at £1,250. And to top it off, the vehicle still has a vibration. And if they quote you a price for repairs, they then add on VAT on top of the quoted amount AFTER they do the repairs.PLEASE AVOID THIS GARAGE AT ALL COSTS - TOTAL RIP OFF MERCHANTS AND POOR DIAGNOSIS OF ISSUE

Engine began shaking in my partner's mini. Spoke to the mechanic on the phone who gave me some things i could try. They didn't work, so he then took it in for a diagnostic. Diagnosed in 5 mins and fixed within 30 mins.1st class service. This is a busy garage, but the owner really went out of his way to help us all in the one day.Would absolutely recommend this garage. Very professional and helpful.

Left my car at this garage for its annual mot and service, it was very reasonably priced, they also collected my car form work and delivered it back to me taking out the inconvenience of having to leave work to go to the garage, I highly recommend this garage to anyone in the derry area.

Honest, professional, trustworthy, and reasonable. Have brought my car to them three times over the past two years and I can’t give a single complaint.
