Giant Store Southampton

Called up to enquire about having my bike tyres replaced. They said I could come in right away to have it done which was great. When I got there I was greeted and the wheels were taken off my hands. 10 minutes later and they were done! Great service and nice guys, thanks!

I had a problem with my Giant E Road bike. The shop arranged for a new part from Giant. When it arrived they phoned me to arrange a day to fit the part.The entire staff are super friendly and helpful.

My wife and I popped into the cycle store with the intention to purchase two battery assist bikes. Nigel the store manager and his team are friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. We were able to view different models and has detailed information on each bike, we purchased two bikes which were delivered to our home address by Nigel himself, fantastic service, highly recommended, thankyou Nigel and your team.

I've been going to this shop for two years now and it is for a good reason. They have a wide selection of bikes and technical clothing for both men and woman and all sorts of stuff you ever need for your bike. The staff led by Micky is very helpful, well prepared to tackle any kind of mechanical issues or just up for a chat about the happenings of the industry.Great place, recommended!

I am using my cycle to get to work so I decided to try this store as it was close by.I needed some better mudguards for the occasional wet weather days.I was impressed by the quality of the place and how well I was greeted. I had a look round first and upstairs too.A large selection of bikes and accessories was available.I bought what I needed and at a discount price for the’Black Friday’ event.It’s always good to see another quality store with knowledgeable and welcoming staff.This is another place I would recommend.Parking is available at the front of the store if needed.Regarding the negative reviews here I can see that one or two people (bots) have only reviewed this place and no other?I would question the validity of their claims and trust in people who have actually been there.

I just moved back from the USA and wanted another Giant. The staff here are amazing very attentive and very knowledgeable. I love my new giant Contend SL2 shout out to Andy, Josh and Nigel what a great team. one of the best bike stores I have ever been too!
