They don't answer the phone so if a veneer they have fitted falls out, you have to take time out of your day to go and see them in person just to make an appointment. More than 25 calls yesterday and more today. Either they are too busy and don't care, or they are incompetent.

Trying to speak to someone to book an appointment is near impossible you have to physically go in to see the receptionist to book in. They never answer and after trying for weeks I gave up. They never seem to be as busy as they make out when you visit to not be able to answer the phones either.When you have a typical full time job it’s time out your day to go in to get an appointment, they haven’t either got enough people or the right people employed.

Very good service to start with, when i had complications after dental extraction, then they don't answer the call, not give any face to face appointment just washed their hands and left me with lots of pain. Complications can happened after any types of procedure, but there is a way of handling the situation. And Emergency dental service also very bad in dudley.

The dentist doesn't care about his patients. I was there for a cleaning and the entire process took 2 minutes on the clock, cleaning only my front teeth and he said that's all. I came home and look in the mirror, I still have tartar. I paid for nothing.

Registration should be taken care of - telephones should be answered. I suggest investing in employee training. You can't ignore a patient like that

Absolutely brilliant dentist, receptionist (kate) went out her way for me after telling her I was in pain struggling to get in to be seen, very polite and professional.The actully dentist was also amazing very caring and gentle when knowing I was nervous. Very happy and very much recommend felt feeling less nervous to go again next time.

I had an old filling repaired today by a dentist at the practice, I think his name was Bryan? Anyway, I'm an extremely nervous patient, you can't find a more nervous patient than me as I'm in tears just in the waiting room. He was so professional, explained everything he was going to do and even took the time to show me the instruments he was going to use. I had no anaesthetic and the procedure was totally painless. He stopped when I needed a break and his nurse was fantastic too.im really impressed and would reccomend any other nervous patient to go and see him first before going private because he was wonderful.
