My electric bike (Giant Entour - 2018) needed some attention, chain, gears, nuts etc. BG Cycles did an amazing job, and had the bike back to me extremely quickly. The bike felt like new, absolutely amazing service. Will definitely use again and recommend without reservation.

I can't recommend B G Cycles highly enough! I was nervous to go in to get my bike serviced because it was in a bit of a state but they were so friendly and professional that I felt immediately at ease. I was worried I'd be judged for letting my bike get to the mess it was in but there was not one second of judgement. If you have a bike that is in a bad way or just needs a bit of a tune-up, take it into B G and they'll have it better than new in no time. My bike was ready within a day and I'm now happily biking around Edinburgh again. Thank you!

Excellent service from the mechanic. Have been to most bike shops in Edinburgh for a service and I'm very particular, a lot of mechanics out there doing a poor job.The lad in BG Cycles was brilliant. Super quick, well priced, sensible approach to replacing parts and really great job on the brakes and gears—riding like a dream now. Thanks very much!

Very good company to deal with! Bg cycles fixed my buckledwheel and replaced with high quality spokes.

My pedals were stuck on my bike frame, and I didn't have the right tool or strength to get them loose. I called the shop, they told me to come over, and in two seconds the owner got them loose off the bike. Didn't even charge or want a coffee for the service. Really friendly and helpful!
