I received a gift certificate from a friend, which was slightly offensive lol. But now I'm pleased I did! This has been difficult but wonderful, so thank you to intro for helping me!!!!

I would just like to say that this company is a prime example of how to focus on your clients needs / hopes and aspirations. It was without a doubt the best agency I have had the pleasure of being apart of. Professionalism and clear communication was flawless 10/10

Very unprofessional service! The owner, Feargal, was rude, unprofessional and aggressive on the phone, once I decided I would not go with their service. He accused me of hanging up on him (not true), and went on to discuss my age and profession when he was explaining how unprofessional I was being. Extremely inappropriate. Keep in mind that I was not even a customer, I had only been speaking to them about their service, and Fergal wanted to follow up on why I had not been back to make an appointment. This guy should not be speaking to (potential) customers, as he has no manners. In fact, he came across as an extremely aggressive individual. I think my favourite part was, after he accused me of hanging up on him in our last call, he proceeded to hang up on me in this call :) - the irony was not lost on me and it did brighten my day just a little! Anyway, there are lots of other dating services out there, so please do not give this guy your business.p.s I am sure he will respond to say I was rude and unprofessional and hung up on him etc. etc. None of this is true, I just decided not to go with their service. Believe the poor reviews - I wouldn't be at all surprised if they were creating accounts and writing their own good reviews. Good luck!

Prefer to give no stars. Shameful, do not deal with this company. U will not get what they say on the tin. Two awful dates one had me cry all the ways home, not matched properly at all, waste of time, money and their customer service is shocking. How Fergal is getting on TV and Radio is a disgrace have they not checked this company out properly. 2 dates in 12 months. I am not the only one there are many feeling the same. Shame on them.

I love these guys 10/10 service really kind staff and very helpful, they really listen and try to understand all needs. Highly recommend:)

I signed up to these chancers back in 2020. Paid the full price... I spoke with somebody I knew who had horrific experiences with them so I contacted them to get my money back. They refused to refund me... And refused to give the service... So, I lost all of my money and got no service from them. This is the most untrustworthy, scummy and scamming business" I've ever come across. Avoid at all costs."

Very professional service, friendly staff. I would have no problems recommending Intro to someone who is serious about dating and looking for that special someone.

If I could give no stars it would be 0, the 1000E I paid I didn't get the service nor results for the money. I had a 2 year relationship with the company I must have spoken to at least 10 different staff - they don't stay there why?, I won't say all the staff were bad Karen and kieran were by far the best as I don't want this review to be all negative but it was a pretty negative experience, I went on 3 dates 1 was kinda what I asked for the other not at all 1 of them wouldn't travel out of dublin to make the relationship work and all of us were on previous dates with each so the amount of people on the books is limited.i had 4 dates didnt teanspire, which I question whether they were real or just to keep Me off there back, a 4 month period passed I heard nothing i had to contact them, I has 2 dates the 1 week which is against company policy and I was told if I didn't go on both 1 would be a no show but I was like the whole point of this is to give your time to 1 person at a time per your company policy , I did put up a review to vent my frustration a couple of months ago and I was contacted and asked to take it down and give them a chance to put the service right .... I did and I have to say it didn't get any better and I felt like it wasting my time and with a busy schedule it was becoming more of a pain in the butt. So I expressed my concerns again of the dissatisfaction and asked to be refunded for the 2 dates I no longer was going to get as I wanted to cancel my subscription if they had delivered and I was in love I wouldn't have looked for a partial refund but it was due to Been unhappy with the service I received I was terminating, they said they won't refund and I said no problem I will take the hit and just leave my previous review and a little more of the conclusion, so I would happily say I don't reccomend this company and I think you should spend your money at many bars and talk to people who you can see your attracted to and not waste your time and money here I should have listen to previous clients who had similar experience with this company.....
