I used Clark Munroe and was very happy with their service. They made the buying process really easy and I would recommend them to other people that need their services swith confidence.

Shockingly bad admin team. Phone lines are never open, and the admin team are irresponsible at best. They didn’t resolve our TWO YEAR long rat problem, arbitrarily decided when something in our rental house was worth fixing. I was willing to accept this, however upon moving out of their property they took £210 off our security deposit for “cleaning”. We thoroughly cleaned the house before dropping off our keys, and the team waited a month before telling us how much of our deposit we would get back. Of course the house would need cleaning a month after being unoccupied. Fully irresponsible team, our actual landlord couldn’t have cared less, and we were by no means bad tenants. We weren’t even students. I highly do not recommend this estate agent to anybody looking to rent, pick anybody else. My friend didn’t even get his deposit back and they gave no reason at all as to why.

My name is Stu Leighton , once again in the last 5 years I’ve used Stacey @ Clarke Monroe , this is my 2 nd experience last time I bought from them this time I sold with them , now she has had such a rough time with me as I’m a total nuisance asking questions , sending messages , emails etc etc but make no mistake she just got on with it Even helping me with advice on buying from another agent this girl and Billingham Branch needs big recognition, Nothing is a problem , sensible process as I thought my house was priced bang on and within a week Gone Sold first time buyer no chain brill , she kept in touch with me and with the new owner as my bungalow deal took a little longer but she’s a cool cat and kept everyone informed and it’s all moved in and settled now . Amazing Agents, great price , Amazing easy process , absolutely TOP girl a credit to Clarke Monroe ! 5 ⭐️

It's hard to over-state the professionalism of Amie her team at Clarke Munro. I handed them a 'problem' property a few months ago, having been seriously let down by two other agents who let it deteriorate, and right from the first call with Jess, I knew I'd made absolutely the right decision.Amie and Kieran always respond to emails, no matter how many(!), and they have helped restore my faith as well as my property.I feel guilty since over the several months of work which they coordinated, Clarke Munro has not earned a single £ out of this property. Yet there was no gap in their attentiveness, professionalism and desire to get this project over the line - as if it were their own property - and that is exactly what we landlords all need from the letting agents we entrust our investment to.We're now on the verge of a tenant moving in. I could go on and on about how superb the whole experience has been. I would absolutely recommend Amie and her team to anybody wanting to let their property.

In November last year I started letting out a property through Clarke Munro and the service from day one has been exceptional.I’ll start with the actual process of letting out the property. It was, without doubt, the slickest operation I’ve ever experienced. Within a day of listing, Amie and Kieran had a number of viewings lined up. Within a week we had a tenant fully referenced and signed. For me as a landlord, this was great as it took all the hassle out the process. But more importantly, for prospective tenants, it took out all the uncertainty and “waiting around” that can make an already stressful process unbearable.Moving on to the management side; the lettings team are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They are generally a pleasure to deal with and are quick to resolve any problems. From the few issues that have been raised to them so far, they have also proven to be highly responsive.Finally, the property I am letting was originally purchased through Clarke Munro. Similar to the lettings side, Laura on the sales side was attentive and helped to resolve any issues that were holding things up at every opportunity.I cannot recommend Clarke Munro highly enough!
