CEC Sports Therapy

Very good service and for excellent value. I regularly get sport massages here to help aid my recovery and I couldn't fault it. I highly recommend CEC sports therapy.

I have visited CEC Sports Therapy several times for various things. First couple of times were mainly from wear and tear strains/tightness from work and training. I also had a neck injury from training that Charlie dealt with. He is very knowledgeable, creative and efficient with his treatment. He also gave me some useful stretches and exercises to help strengthen areas that needed it from his coaching knowledge. I would highly recommend a visit for anything from everyday wear and tear through to more complex sports injuries
