After a dangerous and distressing breakdown in a hire van whilst moving house, recovery driver Hayley went above and beyond to help. She drove her recovery vehicle, laden with us and our fully-loaded hire van, 15 minutes out of her way and even helped us unload the van in the pouring rain when both the van hire company and the RAC were unwilling to help. Thank you Hayley, you saved our weekend.

So if this vehicle recovery company brewed beer - then they would possibly the best in the World. So, from my experience if a recovery vehicle attends you named Hayley - and she gets out of her beloved truck to help you out…..you are safe and secure Hayley clearly loves doing her job, she absolutely takes pride in her work and respects her truck. Hayley, how lovely to be recovered by such a highly talented and professional individual at a really traumatic (and emotional) time - she genuinely never stopped smiling and it was p155ing down (storm). I have met lots of lovely people over the years however - Hayley is an absolute professional who actually loves doing her job - and that is the point, if you don’t enjoy what you do - do something else. 100% top marks, and my sincerest gratitude to you for helping us out in a genuine time of quite desperate need - thank you, thank you, thank you. Car stopped working yesterday and via my car insurance, the RAC asked PJ Kerley to come out. Friendly and informative guy came out (sorry didn't catch his name) and took my car to my local garage. Found out this morning that my local garage currently cant fix the type of issue my car has, so called RAC again and within a couple of hours PJ Kerley retrieved my car and took it to another garage. Fingers crossed this time I have better luck. But the second guy to get the car retrieved today was also friendly and helpful. As was the female receptionist.

An absolute joke of a company, we got told it was a 2 hour wait, 2 hours went by we then received a text saying it would be another 50 minutes. 50 minutes went by we then received a text saying the job had been cancelled.we were stuck 14 minutes from home, for 7 hours with 3 children. under 7 one being disabled. Who couldn't have anything to eat or drink they couldn't go to the toilet as we were parked on a grass verge on dangerous 60mph Road which was heavily built up with traffic.We where told we weren't priority.Being a military family we had no one in the local area who could help us.absolute shambles of company.

If you’re looking for a disappointing service, with unpleasant and sarcastic staff then look no further.I had the unfortunate pleasure of this company when Green Flag referred me to them for my recent breakdown.Not only was the office team member rude and obnoxious, but turns out the recovery people are no better either. If the blunt telephone manner wasn’t enough, then telling my mother who is a pensioner, to move the car with a suspected faulty breaks issue, who had already explained how the car was a hazard, for the recovery guy to then go on to say “well what am I going to do if something happens when I’m in it?” Was quite frankly the icing on the cake!Everything was too much trouble for Kerleys. Whilst I appreciate I wasn’t in any danger, a little more sympathy would’ve been nice, and the phone call which started “the recovery driver is apparently now arriving at the property, so you need to pay” could’ve been handled in a far nicer manner. I’ve worked in a customer service background for over 15 years, and if I would’ve spoken to a customer in this way, I would’ve been sacked!I have never felt more disappointed in a company than this. If I could give lower than one star, I honestly would.

I can't remember the name of the young member of the team who came out to help us stuck on Saturday on the coast at Bacton, Norfolk yesterday but he was so professional and knowledgeable...had the patience to explain what he was doing and why...was confident and polite and even though he was dealing with adults probably twice his age we felt really reassured and that he clearly knew exactly what he was doing and he took control of the whole encounter brilliantly. It's the second time we'd called the AA in a week and I'm glad they used Kerley's as their trusted company this time as I now know what's actually wrong with the car (starter motor). He checked everything..battery voltage, alternator and earth connection and made sure we got back to our campsite and knew how to get ourselves safely back and we were able to continue the last few days of how holiday and get home without further issues.

Appalling service! They kept saying it would be a hour, then another, then another. Left me stranded in the freezing cold for 4 and a half hours! I’m canceling my AA membership immediately now they’re using cowboys like this!

I just wanted to say a huge thank you to you for recovering my van yesterday - Eli, who came out on the call, couldn't have been more helpful, polite and professional, offering not just a great and efficient service but also good company on the drive back to drop my van off at my local garage, after what for me had been a stressful day! I was really impressed with the service (which was sorted out via Green Flag), the text communication and the way the recovery was dealt with. Please could you pass my thanks on to Eli.Thank you.

Excellent service, the engineer couldn't more helpful a real credit to the company. The comms where excellent and the engineer even picked me up and dropped me off again from the location i was staying. Unfortunately car isn't going anywhere fast, less of a sting when the service was this good! RAC certainly picked an excellent service provider here. Highly recommended!

Recovery turned repair in wroxham. I don't remember the lad's name but want to say what a star. He phoned on the way to what was meant to be a recovery but said he suspected exactly what was going on with my car. He was right and fixed what rac couldn’t to get me home! Explained well so i know what's needed when i sort a permanent repair. Plus after a long long day waiting for rescue he was not going to run me around any more if it had needed to be towed. Saved the evening!
