Natalie was absolutely incredible with our puppy, Ralph. We had a lot to learn being new dog owners and Natalie was so helpful in all aspects of training, and the follow up content and resources have been invaluable. I would highly recommend for any new or existing dog parents that are looking for any dog training services, Natalie was an absolute joy to work with!

I asked Natalie to help me with my rescued street dog from Bulgaria , Roger, who was struggling with terrible anxiety and would run off and disappear, giving me daily heart palpitations. Even after one session with Natalie, he was calmer. Maybe because she made me calmer! After three sessions it's an absolute game changer. He doesn't run off any more, we play games and he sticks next to me like glue. Natalie has totally transformed our relationship and I simply could not recommend her more highly.

As soon as Natalie arrived at our front door, it was clear she had already been considering how to meet and start work with Burton, our 4 year old, excitable Schnauzer. She was so calm and measured with him from the first moment that he was soon comfortable with her as a new guest in his house, something we had struggled to achieve with other visitors. Natalie has a light, fun and generous approach to the training, solidly underpinned by a strong belief that a well trained dog is safer, happier and able to have better relationships with other dogs and the people in their lives.As first time dog-owners, we felt it was sometimes us and not Burton who were slow to grasp the how and the why of things. Natalie was equally patient with dog and human and took plenty of time to explain why certain things are as they are, and the reasons and significance behind each exercise and command.Natalie offers absolutely excellent training for dogs and dog owners, delivered with a loving respect for the dog, its relationship with its owners and the wider world. We are so grateful for her patience and skill, as well as the joy she brings to each session. Our relationship with Burton is immeasurably better for Natalie sharing her insight and passion with us and Burton.

Natalie has been a big help with our rescue puppy Murphy. She is super friendly and has a wide range of resources and advice at her fingertips.We had watched loads of training videos but in just one session Natalie helped more than all the videos put together!She gave brilliant advice about his nutrition and behaviour and helped with recall. Thanks to Natalie's techniques and advice he's much improved.Puppy training is a marathon not a sprint so we continue to have Natalie on the end of the phone for her support.

My fiance and I have had a great experience with Natalie. We had 3 sessions with our 6 month old Staffy during which time Natalie introduced us to several new training techniques and offered us lots of helpful and bespoke advice. She answered all our questions thoroughly and followed up after sessions with workbooks/additional info. From just 3 sessions our puppy's behaviour has significantly improved and he is more manageable around visitors and settles down much quicker in new environments. I wouldn't hesitate to use Natalie's services again.

Natalie is an amazing dog trainer, I got Gregg at 7 months but he hadn’t been trained before and was having separation anxiety. With the help of Natalie he learnt some really good behaviours and she gave us amazing advice to deal with the separation anxiety. Work sheets are emailed to you after every lesson about everything you have gone over are super clear and easy to refer back to when practising with Gregg. She is also very happy to answer any questions you may have by email in between lessons which was really useful with behavioural issues we had.

Absolutely wonderful! We hired Natalie to help us training our 14w old cockapoo puppy and we couldn't be happier with the results. Natalie is very knowledgeable trainer with wealth of experience, personal and friendly approach and has an advice on literally every issue we had. She helped us to understand what it is that gets our puppy's attention, what she needs and how best to help her learn. We had 5 sessions spread over several weeks and it was amazing to watch our pup progress and turn from a hyperactive nipping fluff ball into a well mannered young lady (still very fluffy). I can only recommended Natalie's services.

Initially we did a pre puppy session with Natalie. This was helpful in managing our expectations and making the preparations for the arrival of our puppy. The session was thorough and catered to our particular concerns about bringing our puppy home.We then planned to do 5 training sessions. However in the end, we elected to continue training and completed 15 sessions in total. Our puppy was engaged and happy in the sessions. Our puppy loved working with Natalie and is always elated to see her. As we got to know our puppy and she bedded into her new home, our needs were changing in terms of her management. For example, as our puppy became able to take outdoor walks or go to the park, we needed to learn how to do this in a safe and productive way for our puppy.Natalie always ensured the training provided was bespoke to address our concerns. Each session was well thought out, comprehensive and diligent. Natalie is patient, understanding and realistic. She always ensures to work at our puppy’s pace and never rushes through training.After each session, Natalie emailed us with a summary of the session and an abundance of resources to assist us with the implementation of the sessions during the week. We ultimately attribute our puppy’s training as the reason why she is a well adjusted member of our family.Natalie always checked in with us during the week to see how we were doing. She was always at hand if we needed any support or advice. Natalie’s professionalism, thoughtfulness and help was invaluable to us. We would highly recommend Natalie without any reservations.

Natalie took on my 15 year old Mitch and I, we had sessions via Zoom and honestly she has helped transform our relationship and I know Mitch is much happier and healthier.Natalie's energy and positive approach is infectious and reassuring. I've learnt so many new tricks, and Mitch has even gained one or two - I'm really confident that we will work from home together much more positively - he's happier, definitely healthier thanks to the tips on diet and food, and now I have great games that make me laugh, and he loves, together with distraction techniques for when I'm working and some lovely calming approaches for him.Natalie understood our needs and relationship - we're definitely sharing a home together much more happily. Natalie's work on Zoom, follow ups and worksheets are wonderful, having encouraging training approaches from her has been so great. She has stayed in touch, I am sure that offline in person sessions would be amazing too.Natalie loves dogs, and understands people - a brilliant combination. I highly recommend her to work with you and your pup or even older dog.
