So glad I contacted this company. We had problems with boiler pressure. Paul came in detected a water leak within 15 mins. He did a great job to fix the leak and left our living room clean and tidy. Would recommend this independent business and cost was competitve too.

We had the leak specialists guys out today they were so helpful, such nice guys who found our leak, they have repaired the leak and are now helping with our claim to the insurance company. Thank you so much to Paul and Phill for going above and beyond.

Fast response and very professional honest advice, I had problems with my heating system Mike came out and identified the problem in short space of time and told me to contact the boiler company to get the job fixed at a cheaper rate than it would cost for him to do the job through an extended guarantee. He was right.. I did save money as advised how many people would do that..? Straight up honest advice .. would recommend this company before any other ..

Fantastic service!! I was really stressed and upset after having my house renovated and learning i had a leak somewhere. Paul went above and beyond to make sure he found the leak. Once the leak was found, he fixed it in a matter of minutes. Thanks for everything! A very happy customer!

Cannot recommend this company highly enough. Came out at short notice and flushed the system, thus restoring heat to radiators, and also conducted thermal imaging of the pipes to trace a potential leak. Totally professional, completely honest, and very fairly priced. Absolute pleasure to deal with.

£834 for 2 hours work, we paid bill immediately, still waiting for report, 2 months later, sent 3 requests by email. They can't even be bothered replying. I would not recommend this company.

I used Paul to detect an outdoor underground leak back in August. I've since had reason to complain about the service and have tried for the past few months to get a response. In spite of numerous emails, phone calls and voicemails I haven't had a reply. I'm not in the habit of leaving critical reviews but I'm hoping that this message will prompt Paul to finally address my complaint.

The Leak Specialists are superheroes! My 2 yo boiler had been losing pressure for months and after getting 3 other plumbers and heating engineers to take a look with no result I called Paul. His communication was excellent and from the first phone call he reassured me the leak would be found. I was sceptical, could it? At this point I was very very stressed about the mystery pressure loss, the impact the topping up was having on my new boiler and the 'leak' that was just not showing up anywhere in the house.Within 5 mins of Paul arriving he found the leak. Unbelievable.In the next few minutes he had taken up a floorboard and stopped it. I was gobsmacked relieved and so grateful for his expertise and helpfulness.Thanks so much Paul and team, I can now sleep at night!P.S I am in the south west and he will travel anywhere for a client

Like previous Customer, paid £834 for tracing leak and engaged them to make repair. Go estimate of £2034 which accepted. Date given for repair and waited all day- NO SHOW.Three emails and one msg left on mobile phone. .Considering OFWAT and CAB plus Trading Standards, Darlington 9 Nov 2023 at 1600 hrs.

Paul and his team were both helpful and committed to resolving the issue that was concealed in a concrete floor, they were patient and persistent in locating the leak. We are very pleased they were able to resolve our heating problems. Highly recommended. Thanks Guys !
