I contacted Burnett Barker Solicitors during a very busy period for solicitors (due to the stamp duty holiday). It was impossible to enage with solicitors over the period. In the end I waited it out. Immediately when the stamp duty holiday ended I got back in touch with them. The reason I went back to BBS was because they were the only solicitors (out of a lot!) that actually took the time kept in touch and not give 'production line' treatment. Miranda made contact the same day and what can I say, she was worth waiting for. The pace of service was incredible and she worked extremely well with the other party's solicitor, if anything I was the slowest clog in the transaction. A very personable service, always got back to me immediately and confidently answered all questions put forward. I honestly can't recommend Miranda and the team high enough.
