Shocking customer service! Worst experience in a salon ever. Completely incompetent! Left crying and still made to pay for ruined patchy chewing gum hair! Avoid like the plauge!That Short hampsteresque woman with brown hair should be banned from hairdressing!

On Holiday in Ulverston so my grandmother decided to get her hair done as a treat. Appointment for 8:45 and she waited there in the rain untill 9:15 by 9:50 we went around after calling non stop and found 2 ladies there who insisted they had been there the entire time despite my grandmother standing outside and the lights off. Short Brown hair woman like other comments should be fired. Avoid if possible. Shocking Customer Service
