I have used Delaceys for the servicing my Mercedes for well over 10 years. They have always provided exceptional value for money and quality of service. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.I have also purchased my last two cars from them, again they have proved to be very competitively priced. Great personal service. I would highly recommend Delaceys.

My wife regularly took her Mercedes to Delaceys for repair and service, she always got a great friendly service at a fair price. When I needed to change garage they were an obvious choice, after having my existing car serviced I saw a perfect replacement , they made doing the deal very easy, the car was at a fair price and was presented in immaculate condition. They sorted out the personal number plate, and a warranty, everyone was very friendly and easy to deal with. Would recommend them to anyone want a first class local garage

I'd used Mercedes main dealer for 12 years. Fan belt went on e class the day before I had to go to London. Main dealers said it would be two weeks before they could repair it. I explained the urgency but they wouldn't change, then sarcastically said you could use Delaceys, but they are not as good as us.So I took the car to Delaceys and they sorted it out same day. I've used them ever since and found them much better than the main dealers. Always very polite and helpful.

Another excellent experience with Delaceys and specifically the chap I deal with, Luke. My Z4 was collected and returned within a couple of hours and the work carried out, with the car looking clean and tidy. The invoice was far lower than I expected. I'll be using them again with all future BMW's and cars generally. Highly recommended.

Honestly the best vehicle maintenance company I have ever dealt with. We have previously used main dealerships to service and repair the vehicles in our fleet, but the service and aftercare experience with Delaceys is in a different league. Very friendly people, highly competent and excellent value. I would highly recommend this company.

As BMW and Mercedes specialists Delaceys have serviced and repaired my cars for several years and have always provided a first class customer service. This was a refreshing change having dealt with the disinterested main dealers for far too long. I have just purchased my first car from them and nothing was too much trouble for Antony and his team. The buying experience could not have gone smoother from start to finish including a fair trade in on my old car. I will be happy to keep dealing with Delaceys for years to come.

We purchased a refrigerated van from Delaceys a couple of weeks ago and the service was excellent. The van was as pictured and they delivered it to Swindon for us.
