Beautiful decor but there was no heating when we visited. Our tables were not ready when we arrived and waited around 15 mins. Majority of people kept their coats and jackets on.Food was ok but ran out of pizzas and burgers that day, (poor logistics). The pepper fries were very good but everything we ordered was above average. The service was slow and by the time food arrived it was lukewarm/cold.Staff looked tired and weary didn’t engage with the customers. The toilets untidy and messy-doesn’t look like they have a cleaning rota system.Overrated and expensive not what we expected.Pink Island Cafe need to improve their standards in all areas.

Great place to hang out. Really nice food and drinks. Staff members were all really nice, polite and we were made to feel welcome. I would definitely recommend and will be returning. We had full English breakfasts which were delicious followed by the most beautiful desserts.Soft drinks were in little gummy bear bottles which were super cute and the coffee was really good too.

Beautiful place. My girls loved it and the food was incredible. Wanted to buy more but sadly there was no one in the shop once we had finished our food and we had to leave. But we we definitely be back soon!

A rather surreal place that would not know existed without Google maps. Tucked away on an industrial estate. Not somewhere you can just walk into - entry through gate and intercom door is required.Visiting Saturday afternoon, without reservation, about half 4 with my daughter. Asked if could just have a drink (on door intercom) but told it was fully booked but let in to look round the shop. However, once inside, all 10 barstools were unoccupied and it was fine to have a drink. The place wouldn't look out of place on Barbie set! Everything is pink! A place made for Instagram. However the plain and very high warehouse ceiling takes the shine of the effect a little. You have to ask to go to toilet as these are behind swipe card doors. The two milkshakes were delicious and the service was OK but perhaps could be a little more attentive on entry due to odd setup. The food looked very good so is probably worth a return trip.

Came from Stoke with my friend for her birthday. Very pretty and pink inside. Decor is really nice and perfect for Instagram pics. When we arrived we stood there awkwardly as we didn’t know if we had to wait to be seated or not. It wasn’t very clear so we just walked around then went to the counter and then someone sat us down. I explained we had a booking and it was a special occasion, so we sat on a table first then after 10 mins they let us sit in the booth. We probably waited around 20 minutes to get our order taken. Then finally a staff member asked have we ordered yet even though she said she was gonna take our order when she sat us down in the booth and that she’d be right back.. We were told some things weren’t available on the menu today which was a shame. Especially about the mocktails, so we settled for a Coke and some cherry drink which was vile:( . The food was decent. Kind of overrated. The dessert was 100x better. Feel like this kind of place you can’t go for food. Maybe just desserts and drinks. The staff aren’t very attentive at all. If you want something you either have to wait around till one of them spots you or you have to physically go to them. I found one staff member quite rude to another customer, the customer had just walked in and then she was stood there and she had asked if she’s allowed to sit down anywhere, the staff member replied quite rudely saying “no, just wait there” I get the staff member was taking us to the toilets but still… You go to the shop and you wait around for ages for someone to even come and serve you cos no one seems to be there. Also basically got told to leave, staff member came up to us and said she needed the booth and that we had more than 1 and half hours so we needed to be gone in 10 mins but we can always sit on another table. The music… is literally on repeat. I get it’s an Xmas playlist but I don’t need to hear it on a constant repeat. I feel like the staff don’t really know what they’re doing, it wasn’t even busy. I think they’re lacking with customer service, and management. Food wise, maybe a better menu. But decor wise, beautiful.

Really pretty cafe, it's a bit strange when you first arrive but once inside and seated it's lovely, took a while for order to be taken and then for drinks to arrive but when they did they were lovely. Kids loved it, but not sure it's especially kid friendly, the shop is really nice and we treated ourselves to some nice bath and body items. Food was delicious and the kids drinks were super cute in the Teddy bear bottles. We found all the staff really nice and friendly.
