I ordered two large square planters from the Idealist Lite range, as well as a smaller square planter and two ribbed troughs. Really pleased with all the products, they are a great weight without being hard to lift, and I love the colour and detail. Fast delivery and great customer service - 5*!

Delighted with the Idealist Lite troughs and cube planters I bought for a contemporary roof garden . Excellent value for money and really good looking. Would recommend their planter feet which we bought too. Great customer service. Will use again.

Do not buy the Idealist concrete pots they are absolutely rubbish and have lasted less than 2 years and we need to take them all to landfill because they have cracked and broken. One arrived cracked additionally and the company refused to do anything about it.

Be very careful with this company. We ordered three pots once they arrived we opened one box up and we didn't like the type of pot we ordered, therefore we sent them back with DPD for a refund. Bear in mind two of the three boxes haven’t been opened.Today, the company have contacted us stating that the pots are damaged (a picture showed the tiniest of marks in the pots) and will not refund us and also that we should have opened up all the boxes before sending them back.I’d be very careful dealing with the company, the quality of the pots and also there customer service is very poor.

I ordered some outdoor plant pots as they were advertised for outdoor use. However, after just one year began to crack and look very unsightly. After contacting get potted, they kindly agreed to exchange all pots if I paid for the delivery which I did. They have also advised me they cannot guarantee the pots will not last for more than one year which is the manufacturers guarantee so I would urge anyone buying any pots to make sure in writing that the pots will be on for outdoor use and not deteriorate. Please read ALL hidden small print and manufacturers planting instructions before purchasing. I will finish off by saying their customer service and response was good and if they are more upfront about the longevity of the outdoor pots, they will not have any more complaints like mine.

Excellent customer service, communication and super fast delivery with tracking all the way they even drilled a hole in one for me. I am not a fan of natural imperfections so I spray painted them and the results are amazing.

Bought four planters for my balcony. Collected from the company in Watford - I was advised beforehand that they would be two big for my car. I gave it a go, needed two journeys, but all worked out thanks to Paul and the Lads: very very helpful!! Pots are beautiful!!
