Nice local authority pool. Nothing special, hut ok for an hours swim. The soft play was roasting and smelly, and it wasn't even a warm day .

You provide WIFI in the complex, so why when you use your phone lying flat on your lap! Are you scrutinised by a supposed pool attendant intently! When before this all he could do was pick his nose or chew his nails, or look at the floor? When he was supposedly looking after the baby pool, which was busy at that time? Take a look at your staff, this one was bored, disinterested and is no asset to you or the general safety those he duty to!

I took my two daughters swimming whilst down for the weekend, I was so pleased to see how clean and well kept the changing rooms and pool were. Also such a nice change to come in to somewhere and see bubbly smiling people behind the counter especially the one with pink hair.We will definitely return.

Really poor experience, changing rooms are horrible gym is way too busy, not returning and definitely don’t recommend

Been 6 times in the past 3 months to use the learner pool everytime it has been freezing cold. Not the best for toddlers learning to swim.... Spoke to reception who said the pool should be at 29°, not that she checked. Will be looking for somewhere a bit warmer to go next time.

I use the gym here and that's OK. It's the changing rooms that I don't like. They are always dirty. The floor has soggy sweet papers lying around and hair and bubble gum lie in the waste pipe of the showers. I know it's used by the school and children often don't care, but can't we employ some decent cleaners?
