Absolutely the best, always treat me and Tilly with kindness, and understanding.The surgery I feel confident in recommendingJust the best. My two dogs Staffordshire Bull Terriers are always welcomed by all the staff there. There is always a relaxed atmosphere.More importantly though Violet and Tilly have their own vet who sees them on each visit

The staff are so knowledgeable about dog care. Sometimes it feels like talking to trusted friends because it feels like they are very honest and upfront about everything. We trust them because they really really care about my dog. I don't think I could trust a different surgery or brand.

Clean waiting areas, friendly helpful staff, disabled access as all on one level. Easy to get to, OK carpark with spaces! Regular customer due to having 6 cats. Highly recommended Vets.

I moved my dog to Vets4Pets after feeling he wasn't getting adequate care elsewhere, best decision I have ever made for his wellbeing, everyone has been fantastic with him and his care has been second to none, Zoe & Sarah are absolutely fantastic as well as the nurses and reception staff, highly recommend!

My two dogs have became really unwell with coughs and I wanted to get them in asap and vets4pets stafford would not get them in within a reasonable time frame. This could have caused major health issues for my dogs. They are family and should be given proper care. Now I have changed vets and they were appalled that we weren’t given a same day appointment. Thanks to our new vet our dogs are okay no thanks to vets4pets stafford!
