The level of service from this company Is absolutely disgusting.They are so unhelpful In terms of sensitive situations and helping you out.You only get great service up until the point of purchase.After they get us vulnerable people to sign contracts whilst they have a field day, they couldn't care less what happens after.Using the car loan centre has been the most horrible car experience I have ever encountered.My voice is not being heard AT ALL

The experience from sales to after sales was smooth. Personally my journey took a while before a car I liked was available, but Aleks was patient with me and ever such a pleasant to deal with. We got there in the end, and the ladies at collection were also brilliant, thank you guys!

From start to finish the whole experience was excellent and faultless. Aleks was brilliant throughout and although we had issues with my first choice of car beyond the control of the car loan centre they was sorted quickly and efficiently. Resulting in me ending up with the car I wanted and more than happy with if you need a car and can't gain approval anywhere else try the car loan centre. Thank you again Aleks

It was a fantastic experience from start to finish and Joe explained everything fully from start to finish. There was a good understanding of my financial circumstances and help was given at every step. Joe Ballard understood the type of car I was looking for and, although it took a little bit longer than normal we got there in the end. The car was delivered promptly and the delivery guy was great. A few little niggles but nothing major and after sales were brilliant in sorting these out.

Amazing Service from start to finish! My sales Rep was Aleksandra, nothing but communication all the way through answered any questions I had very quickly constantly putting my mind at rest! Amazing sales rep to deal with! I’ve been declined so many times in the past and now after only 3 days I’ve picked my car paid the deposit and very soon I’ll be on my way to pick it up! You’ve changed our lives can’t thank these guys enough would highly recommend!

My experience with them has honestly been a great one, not only did I feel scared I wouldn’t get accepted for a finance I thought it would be a long process but it’s been a really smooth one. I originally came with the idea of wanting one type of car only until I spoke with Maisie and a manager who changed my idea on a reliable car and thank god they did because I am in love with the car I got! I am super happy with the service from start up until now. They have managed to support all my worries and all my concerns and the service was amazing! Thank you maisie you’re a star!
