Third time I’ve taken my car here to be fixed and quite frankly I probably won’t take it anywhere else in the future, I phoned at about 4:30pm on Friday as I had an engine misfire and was booked in for Saturday morning and it was done within 2 hours! They kept me up to date with what was happening with my car. The staff are lovely and considering I am a young female and with previous garages have been taken advantage because of that it was a great garage to go to and would highly recommend

I had a tyre puncture and I was panicking as Halfords told me I needed a new one, without even checking the tyre properly. However, Raj was very patient and made me feel at ease. He checked the tyre, made sure it was possible to fix it and quickly repaired it for me. Took 10 minutes! Highly recommended! Saved me a lot of money. Very friendly service. Will defo go back for all my tyre related needs.

I went to Plume to have a front wheel alignment after another garages attempt at tracking my Mercedes left the steering wheel off centre. Initially Plume did not correct the problem but I took the car back and they have now sorted it out. They were very polite, efficient and their price for alignment was the cheapest In the area. Definitely recommend them.

Had a blowout on the M6 due to tracking being a mile out. Guys at Plume were fantastic, sorted us out on a Saturday with no notice for 2 new tyres and did the tracking properly for a very reasonable price.

I used to use them a lot however now they are more focused on money making rather than providing a good service. Went for an MOT and was advised it had failed due to 2 reasons and was quoted over £700 to fix it. I knew that it shouldn’t cost that much so I took it to my usual garage where all repairs, MOT and service cost £380. One of the MOT fails wasn’t even an issue which was confirmed by my mechanic. Avoid
