Passed with only one minor. Richard is a fantastic instructor. Calm, thoughtful, helpful and he completely puts you at ease from your first lesson through to your test. Thoroughly recommended.

After failing twice, I was seeking another instructor and it was difficult to find any who would take me on as I work mon-Fri, 9-5. Richard empatised with my situation and went out of his way to fit me in his schedule. On Feb 22nd 2019, After 2 days intensive course, I passed my driving test with only 3 minors. Richard helped built my confidence, taught me new stuff, and made the whole experience enjoyable. In summary, you get some good instructors, you get some great instructors, then there's Richard, he's way at the top of the list. Ipass has multiple 5 stars for a reason!

I passed my driving test today with three minors after a 10 year break from driving and very little confidence with the test process. I needed to pass my test quite quickly which I was able to do! Richard made me feel much more relaxed, and he was very patient with me in lessons. I particularly struggled with the test in the past, and he made me feel at ease before the test. I would highly reccomend Richard.

Richard was an absolutely brilliant instructor. I had booked in with Richard to do the 5 day intensive and passed first time - all thanks to him! Initially I was quite the nervous driver, but he created such a friendly and helpful environment that my worries soon dissipated and my confidence started to increase. Can't reccomend him enough!

Richard is fantastic. He went out of his way to fit me in at the last minute, and after doing a week of intensive lessons, I passed the first time with one minor. His teaching style was calm and informative, with lots of pointers given as I'd practice. Thanks so much!

I passed on my first try! Richard is calm and easy to drive with, a great teacher, and personalised the teaching to my needs. After driving in other countries for 20 years, he knew how to help me get rid of my bad habits and also the tricks to get me to pass the test. Richard is wonderful and nice and easy going and I would suggest him to anyone.

I had previously taken manual lessons a few years ago however had issues with the gears. I decided to take automatic lessons with Richard which was well worth it. Richard is an amazing instructor who is very patient and understanding. He makes the experience enjoyable with an great sense of humour and easy-going conversation and makes you feel safe at the same time. My driving lesson experience was much more enjoyable because of this and passed first time!Thank you again :)

I learned to drive with Richard this year and just recently passed my test (with only 3 minors!). I honestly don't think I could have done it with any other instructor (in fact I had already tried with two others). I am a mature learner at 41 so needed someone to be very patient and understanding. Richard has the gift of patience and exudes calm, even when my driving was awful! His approach to teaching and can-do attitude made me feel more confident. He was very flexible, with lots of ideas to tailor learning to my style when some aspects of driving proved tricky to me. Richard from iPass was a fantastic driving instructor, so much so that I passed my test on the first try.As a first-time driver at 31 I was initially nervous to get behind the wheel for the first time, but Richard was wonderful at putting me at ease and methodically and patiently taking me through the basics, manoeuvres and giving me some really helpful tips that definitely went towards me passing.I’d be confident to recommend Richard and iPass to anyone as you will not only learn how to drive, you will build your confidence behind the wheel to become a truly great driver.

Excellent instructor and was patient with me whilst I learned to drive. His teaching style was clear and effective, making driving feel easy. He made sure I knew all the rules and safety tips. Overall, highly recommend for anyone looking to learn to drive.
