Express Furniture Repairs

Been out 4 times now for the same problem absolute jokers!Haven't got a clue as to what they are meant to do by there last engineers"own comments.Just order new parts fit them and hope for the best!!!"

Absolutely disgusting. Furniture Express have had my piece of firniture for over 6 weeks. Kept chasing and getting palmed off on the phone 'We have to speak to our Manager' They eventually advised that my furniture was going to be delivered on 25.9.15. Didn't show up. No telephone call no explanation. I had been very polite up until this point.Rang first thing this morning 28.9.15.and went mad over the phone as they had to speak to their Manager and didn't know where the furniture was.. I did threaten Trading Standards and the Police as they had my property, I had a feeling that they were lying to me. Rang again this afternoon as nobody came back to me, said my line was busy! not had or made any other calls today! So with a laugh in her voice, the women on the phone advised me that my furniture would be returned tomorrow but it had not been repaired!!!!!!! It was too difficult. I am absolutely fuming. I will be reporting this company to Trading Standards. Also, if my furniture turns up in a worse state than when it was collected, then I will be hiring a solicitor. I did take photos before they collected it.Disgusting company, disgusting service, no apologies and almost laughing at me over the phone. Do not send anything for repair to this company .

Awful experience. When I called to query why my appointment time had been changed with only 24hrs notice Natalie seemed unable to comprehend the problem.

We chased and chased for an apt for the damage on our sofa to be assessed and ultimately fixed. When the man eventually came out at a cost of £25 ( which we were told would be deducted from any work we had done) he said he would have to send his assessment back to the office for a quote to be generated which he said should be within the week. This was on the 20th June and we still do not have a quote. we have chased the company 2 - 3 times a week since and keep being fobbed off.We are starting to feel that this is a really good way of making £25 per call out without ever delivering on the job.

These clowns haven't got a bloody clue about repairing furniture. They couldn't project a less professional image if they tried.

Have to say that they are very professional and everything they said would be done was. Very very satisfied with them and would defiantly recommend there services.
