Cant fault the food, but service was slow. We were the only customers when we ordered but still had to wait 25 mins.

Food and customer service is great however they always get my order wrong. It can happen once or twice thats totally fine but every single time, it isnt fair. Mostly one if the item is either missing or wrong. But great place tho.

Worst food ever, I ordered 2 whole chickens, it was all raw, bad smelling and not even marinated, it was such a bad food i ever had in this branch, don’t go to this branch you will be regretting like me .

Went to this Pepe's for dinner for my family and I, one of the best Pepe's I have been to.Staff were very friendly, food came out hot, fresh, on time and excellent value for money. Zaheer Malik and his team were excellent and went above and beyond for service.Thank you Zaheer, we will always come to your Pepes now, so much food!

Pepes food is extremely tasty as usual but customer service is absolutely appalling. The guy on the till took the wrong order and gave me the wrong item and when i called the phone line, he completely denied the case and said i am wrong. He definitely needs customer service training. I am very disappointed with Pepe's service.

We had ordered the chicken xl burger and gave us a tiny burger as you can see in the photo it was also over £5.50 also we had found a rotten piece of lettuce after that we threw it away for health reasons. I really don’t recommend this place as service is appalling as we tried to talk to the manager by the phone but she refused and wasn’t even paying attention to us. You could spend your money elsewhere don’t recommend.
