Avoid Avoid Avoid - I had to wait for 15 minutes when I stopped the car off at Heathrow. Which they made you pay £5.30 for the car parking charge. I rang and gave 35 minutes notice. (They say 30minutes on site) Upon return couldn’t get through to them just came up with user busy. Eventually got through and they said it had been dispatched. I bare it through busy Heathrow Security & still had to wait over an hour for my car. I had no updates even after ringing. Then had to again pay £5.30 charge. These were hidden charges that were not detailed. Driver couldn’t of cared a less. I got promised compensation but nothing. Would of been cheaper, quicker & easier just to pay for short stay parking and walk. Do not use.

My car was damaged when i was away on holiday they claim they are not responsible for anything emailed, called the people (atleast 50 times), they don't accept any responsibility for anything 2 separate cars that was in our group were damaged. They just walked off when they droped the car to us at the airport even when I confronted them about it. Avoid they don't care.If you think it'll be different for you go try it and your realise after you get your car back you should've listened as its going to cost you alot of money to fix the damage.

We waited over 2 hours, yes, 2 hours for our car. This was a meet & greet service. We were told by text the car was 15minutes away, then 20 minutes, then they are stuck in traffic, then someone was off sick so it's delayed. We were at the airport with no way of finding out where our car was. They stopped answering our calls! We had other meet & greet providers calling them from their mobiles too, with no answer. We were the second family to be stood waiting, the family before us waiting 1.5hours for their car. What an awful company, that couldn't care less about customers. The driver who delivered the car (after 2 hours) had no idea we had been waiting, he phoned his boss who told him to deal with it.It's also worth mentioning we have no idea where they took the car (perhaps 2 hours away) as the car fuel light was on and we left the car with over half a tank!

Absolutely disgusting company, rude, inefficient, I have been waiting for over 2 hours for my car to come back. I do not believe they are legit and they should be investigated. An absolute disgrace

DO NOT USE!!!I booked meet & greet through this site & used ‘Prestige Parking’ One star is too much for this lot - waited ages to drop car off & ended up having to pay extra in car park.On return had to phone numerous times & wait 40mins. Car turned up absolutely filthy, dash cam unplugged - which is probably so you don’t know where it’s been left.Not only that - Rayban sunglasses stolen from glovebox & replaced with cheap pound shop kids glasses!! Complained but no response - Obviously …….Won’t be using any meet & greet again - too risky!

If everybody gives 1 star, why would you possibly consider using this company?Made us wait 25 minutes at drop off.Made us wait 30 minutes at collect - even though I called and texted on landing and when we got bags.Car was returned filthy - covered in mud.Guy on the phone was just rude and short...treated us like dirt. No politeness.Will never use this company again. ever.

AVOIDso booked meet & greet for gatwick, gave them a clean car, 10 days later they delivered a car that was dirtiest it has ever been, just covered in dirt and tree resin, all the polish gone. When i phoned up to complain they guy at the other end of the phone just laughed at me, was super sarcastic and told me if i didn't like it to take the train next time, but i thought I'd just use a better company and leave this review instead. AVOID.

Scam. Avoid at all costs. Referred me to a company that lost my car key and did nothing about it. Claim to be a comparison website but only 'compare' three car parks around the whole of Gatwick airport. They say these car parks are recommended" and have averages of 4 star reviews

AVOID this COMPANY the POLICE are aware of them. This is a sham set up and I will be informing trading standards. They take over an hour to take you or pick you up, a poor couple on departure had 40 mins to get their flight as you have to wait for a number of people before they take you to the airport. I tried to cancel my booking immediately as I had thought they were a proper company until I looked more carefully and saw spelling mistakes etc, but they take 2 days to get back to you and tell you it is too late. The mini bus used is dangerous and has a hole in the floor, seat belts do not work, chair was not secured to the floor, it would not pass an MOT. The drivers are not intested in picking you up and after waiting for an hr to be picked up, they then had the cheek to stop for £10 of petrol - we live 45 mins from the airport and it took us 3 hrs to get home. The cost was £101, £91 at time of booking and then they take £10 from every group on the mini bus for airport drop of and collection. All car keys are kept in the back of a car boot. PLEASE DO NOT USE

Horrendous experience- please never use any of the companies listed on this website or this company. Terrible experience dropping off the car and on arrival it took us 5 hours to get our car back and unbelievable stress. My husband ended up having to get a taxi to their compound to get our car back. They refuse to answer their phone (which is just one mobile) and it’s a highly unprofessional and disgraceful service. Many complaints were lodged by multiple families to the police about this company and they urged us to spread the word about not using this company.
