Once again Neil and his team in the service department have just excelled .Both our cars which were purchased from Duckworths Select some time ago have just been in for a service and MOT.The standard of care and attention too detail is just superb and great value for money .

Excellent service from the man on the parts counter. SHAME THE PARTS PRICE WAS REDICULOUS. I don't think I will have another Isuzu if this is their idea of sensible!!!!. I did not expect a door mirror to cost more than a good second hand car. I am disgusted with this.Nev Bingham

Excellent service from Nick - from the first phone call to driving the new car away everything was great !Nick explained all parts of the process very simply - we felt under no pressure at any time .We left , having part exchanged our old car for a fair price , very happy .Thank you Nick .

By the time the car was bought, everything went smoothlyAfter the purchase, it turned out that it was missing: the second key, the service book and the SD card with the map(the above things were in a different salon despite the fact that the car was already almost three months).Now it is only worse: it promised to call me - they did not do it,they said the SD card with the map has been damaged,I receive documents that were supplemented by phone,even though no questions were asked during the telephone conversation ?Then I received a V5C registration document written on my wife (with errors in name and surname)Why, she was not even buying a car?Still no one contacts me, I always have to call firstI still do not have missing items, because the seller does not know which keys are from my car( Kia was only one in this showroom)The returned registration card was returned and was in the showroom the next dayHowever, the missing items were sent to me 5 days ago and I still do not have them?Before buying, I read the reviews about your car showroom, all positiveHow many mistakes and negligence you can make when selling a carI am very disappointed

It was very helpful to send the video. It took me a few hours to get to you from where I live, but I knew I was going to get a good deal. after purchase of my jaguar i discovered a number of faults. Being a used vehicle i met them more than halfway to remedy the problems.Ispent £1300 to bring the car up to a good standard, while they were to repair two turbo pipes and supply wheel locking bolts to replace a bolt missing from front wheel on purchase, I must assume that the pipes have been replaced.but two months on.still waiting for the lockbolts.not impressed

Neil couldn't have done more. This place is a pleasure to deal with. The staff are unbelievably helpful and courteous. Buying was an absolute pleasure on every level. Would highly recommend.
