The worst driving school ever, there not even good value for money my advice don't use them very unprofessional and they don't stick to there word or a verbal contract.

Very bad company i booked lessons for my wife and the instructor darren never got back to her to book lessons and now bill plant wont refund us our money !! Payed £56 Absolutely disgusting how these companies make money with no care for the customer

My wife had a driving lesson with Sajid Mohammed.First of all I should say that my wife thought Sajid was respectful, and a knowledgable driving instructor.However, she explained to me what had happened during the lesson, and the more she told me the more I felt that it wasn't on - specifically that she hadn't spent nearly as much time being taught to drive as you would expect during a 2 hour driving lesson costing £55. Here's how the lesson went:12:02 - Received text to say Sajid has arrived, but it turned out he was at the wrong address a couple of minutes away. Not a big deal, but not a great start.12:10 - After a bit of a look round, my wife met up with Sajid, got into the car, and had a brief converstation about driving controls and how the car worked etc.12:15 - Began driving..13:02 - Sajid instructed my wife to pull in. A young gentleman in a hood approached the car (but didn't get close). Sajid seemed to know the man and left the car saying 'I need to speak to this guy, I'll be back in 5 minutes'13:22 - Sajid returns to the car and asks if my wife is hungry or thirsty. My wife said that she isn't. Sajid says that he's just going to go to the shop to get a drink.13:25 - Returns to the car with a can of Coke. Sajid asks if she has any questions and she proceeds to ask a few driving related questions, which Sajid answers..13:35 - Sajid asks to switch places and Sajid drives her back home14:02 - They arrive back at home.I don't know what you think about that, but I would say that isn't what a 2 hour driving lesson should look like? When I learned to drive I had 1 hour classes and they consisted of about 45 minutes of me driving, and 15 minutes of talking about driving. My wife's 2 hour lesson yesterday consisted of:47 minutes of driving,15 minutes of talking about driving23 minutes of waiting while the instructor chatted with his mate and27 minutes of being driven homeWe raised this will Bill Plant and asked them to call me. No-one ever did, and they did not offer me any refund. So if I was you, I'd avoid Bill Plant. We're now using a local independant instructor and have found them much better.(I'm not 100% sure which franchisee my wife had her 1 lesson with, because that was never made clear to us. If someone from Bill Plant wants to get in touch I'll be happy to move this review to another franchisee.)

My driving instructor kept cancelling lessons at short notice giving nonsensical excuses ; and insisted on cigarette/coffee/toilet breaks on my time. Didn't give me the time back at the end of the lessons.

You have an instructor with aggression issues who just instigated a physical fight between his student and a mother that had her child with her. The mother merely horned for attention and your instructor jumped out being very rude and allowed his student to get out and go and physically assault the women. I have seen other reviews of this guy on google about his aggression too. There is cctv footage of everything which will be circling through social media and the news. Is this now how driving is being taught? Road rage included free of charge with lesson?

One star is too much. Stay clear of this driving school!

Paid £99 for 5 hours, but only ever recieved two of them, instructor cancelled on me 4 times. Even telling me that her mum had died. Which turned out to be a lie. Contacted customer services who did nothing. So basically its ok to lie and steal from your customers. Absoloute joke

I was driving through dewsbury today as I approached a double roundabout my right side was clear so I proceeded and a Bill Plant driving instructor approached the roundabout from my left had to do and emergency stop to avoid me and then proceeded to give me a torrent of verbal abuse and hand gestures when it was my right of way! By the way I can lipread and the language wasn't very lady like! Think she needs a career change

Driver of a VW suv possibly a T-Roc, extremely unprofessional. Had severe road rage attempted intimidation, using explicit language and rude hand gestures with continuous horn beeping and light flashing after an acceptable lane change that left plenty of space and caused no hazard. Unacceptable behaviour for someone that should be representing a brand. Anger management classes may be required for the driving instructor. Avoid to prevent learners from adopting the same unacceptable attitude and road rage manner.
