Best Western Lamphey Court Hotel & Spa

For us it was not as conveniently located as other options in the village which is why we were there. Little dated but the spa looked amazing, didn't have time over our 1 night stay to appreciate it. Bar was great but our room 230 could be updated.

We arrived very late at night, but the greating was still very warm and welcoming. The receptionist went out of his way to find things for us despite the late hour. The room was well prepared and 'just right' to relax. Breakfast had a good choice and helpful staff. The views are lovely over the countryside.

Beautiful hotel, the pool and spa complex was fantastic. Really enjoyed our evening meal and breakfast, compliments to the chef.. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Such a lovely treat for my 60th birthday.

Lovely hotel and staff,shame there was dried blood on the duvet,lights that were so dim they may as well as been off and Fixtures that came off in your hand.I was looking forward to having a swim and steam, only to find out only the sauna was being used

Beautiful hotel, plenty of parking and the great Bishops palace accross the road!Staff were lovely, very friendly and approachableNo cooked breakfast option due to unforseen issues but we didn't miss anything as a huge continental breakfast was set out!The coachhouse where we stayed was clean, tidy and really warm despite the cold temperatures outsideThe spa was clean and modernised.My only issues with the stay were that the steam room and sauna are only open on certain days and that it states in the handbook there are no children in the pool after 6pm and when we arrived there was a family with children jumping in and out and splashing at 7pm and staff were present.Overall a wonderful stay, would 100% stay again!

This hotel is amazing, the room is clean and tidy, the breakfast is delicious, there's also a self-buffet, we could also order full breakfast. My kid likes the swimming pool very much, the staff there checked water quality timely, I felt safe to use the pool. Thank you.

Disappointed room dated shower controls did not work hot water scalding no temp control Hot weather had to wedge open window with cushion Bed and pillows on comfortable Food average some courses never arrived! Staff mixed reception poor little or no help Room access via steep stairs no lift or help available Pool good but no advice re locker access

Reviews going back over a year for the same thing but they have failed to act. Really filthy.Spa ok. Pool very shallow end to end, jacuzzi not hot enough but ok.

Lovely spa, we turned up on the day and asked could we use the spa facilities and for £30 each you can have access all day which is fantastic.The pool is great, the sauna is great and it's generally a nice place to relax and read a book.Will be returning for future spa days
