i am very happy with the service Rings provide to my aunty. She had a bad experience with other agencies, however since the last 2 years RINGS have been looking after her. My aunty has consistent carers who support her and she always knows who is coming and when. The management are very easy to get hold of and speak to, they will come out whenever we need any additional assistance. Overall my aunty and our family are very happy with the service we are receiving and would highly recommend RINGS Homecare to anyone who wishes to have top quality service provided to them by excellent carers.

Worst care company i've ever had, carers took advantage, stole things from my home, not reliable, never got proper care as stated on my care plan, can not cook ENGLISH food, was made to eat curries every day, office staff never there when wanted to complain, and manager was no help at all.

Worse company ever I’m surprised it’s still open, missed calls and when the carers do turn up your lucky they in your house for 5 mins, carers don’t wear uniform or gloves, I’m shocked how the company is being ran as the owner is a Gp and manager is a social worker, if you try and ring up the company you be lucky to get through and when you do to make a complaint good luck as they all family and stick up for each other, this company is all ready on amber and needs to be shut down
