Scott the salesman wasn't pushy at all, very honest about the condition, very informative and helpful.Adam the owner even delivered and gave me time to look around and drive without any pressure. Great business, will definitely use again and recommend to others.

Adam, Scott, Mike and the team know their stuff with used cars. I’ve had two BMW’s from them now and each time they listened to what I was looking for and found what I wanted. They sourced clean, good condition, low mileage vehicles at decent prices. Very happy with their service and to be able to use a local business. Would recommend talking to them - they have great knowledge of the market, what’s available and take an honest and straightforward approach.

Just purchased a car from Romiley Car Sales and had the best experience. Scott dealt with us and, even though I put him under pressure time wise to get the car very quickly, he didn't fail!! Emails were always replied to efficiently and politely and even the daftest of questions asked were met with a polite and informed answer. Would highly recommend.

I looked at cars at a number of other garages but none displayed the level of customer service that RCS did. Scott even allowed me to test drive the car on my own.RCS did everything they could to make sure my car left their garage with all faults addressed. Scott was a pleasure to deal with. They use a number of local garages for repairs (rather than in-house) so you may have to wait for your chosen vehicle to be brought up to retail standard.

Just bought a car from Scott and the team. They even came back to collect the car from 50 miles away and fixed a few small things for me, and dropped off a courtesy car.Absolutely A+ service, couldn't have asked for more.The whole team is friendly and welcoming, and nothing is too much trouble for them.

We do not live locally, but the communication before actually visiting the garage was positive and informative, which made us feel confident to do the miles to visit. We were not disappointed, the car was exactly as described - immaculate (unlike other garages we had visited over the last month). My husband went to look at the car (which was spotless and very well presented), Scott was very knowledgeable and not pushy at all. When we went to pick up the car, it was a lovely experience, which is how it should be and the car was even better than when my husband first viewed it. There was a minor issue with the car when we picked it up, but Scott did not want us inconvenienced and not take the car with us, he assured us that they would sort this out. There were a few calls with Mike and a pick up was arranged. The car was taken back to the garage, the issue put right and the car returned to us (all in one day), cleaned and with a full tank of fuel. We have an incredible car, which was made even more special by the EXCELLENT customer service. Our thanks to Scott, Mike and Paul. We most definitely HIGHLY RECOMMEND this garage.

Couldn't have asked for better service from Mike at Romiley Car Sales. Nothing was too much trouble for him, he even video called me to thoroughly show me around our new van before making the long trip to view it. All issues identified on the van were quickly and professionally dealt with and all sorted, and we couldn't be more happy with our new future camper van :)Thanks so much Mike!

Honestly disappointed in this garage. Dealt with a young sales clerk called Oliver who agreed to fix the error on the service history book for the car I was buying. I paid for the car with the expectation that it would be corrected and posted to my address. The full service history book was then 'lost' and Oliver disappeared off the face of the planet along with it. I called the garage multiple times, but he was always out driving, on an errand or with a customer. I'm only surprised the list of excuses didn't include being abducted by little green men. There was always the promise to call me back, but there must be no service on Mars, because I never got one. Eventually I had to threaten to return the car when no action was being taken at which point the sales director got in touch with me and sorted the thing out. Seems like the only language these guys understand is money. The whole debacle took nearly 4 months to resolve. Wouldn't have been a problem if it wasn't for this. As it is, I'm not impressed.
