I was really pleased with the service provided by Anthony Martin. Luke gave us a realistic valuation and moved very quickly to get us on the market and get viewings booked in within hours of going live. We had numerous viewings on the first day, and several offers as a result. We accepted an offer within 2 working days of the viewings. Rather than everything going quiet after that, Amelia in the office worked incredibly hard to do lots of chasing and updating of all parties in the chain, speaking to solicitors and buyer/developers which saved me a lot of time and effort. I would definitely recommend Anthony Martin to sell your property.
