I have used this barbers for 4 years. Today I walked into the shop and Huseyin asked if I had an appointment, and I said 'no'. Note that the shop was completely empty. He then stated I needed an appointment. I stated, 'No problem, there are plenty of hairdressers who don't need appointment's.I don't have much hair, so I have a No.2 all over. I normally get charged £8 and I have been giving £15.00 to £20. At Christmas I actually gave Freddie £30 for an £8 shave, because I appreciate good customer service.However, in one minute, Huseyin destroyed the good customer service that Freddie had built up with me and I will never use them again.Huseyin, you are a barber, and customers don't need you, it is you that need them. As the owner, you would think you would know better and have more respect. There is a thing called Karma

Young lad was very polite and very friendly.he said he had only worked there a few weeks but he absolutely butched my beard hair and side burns I had to go to another hairdressers just to try and clean it up.for £24 I would have expected better.
