My personal experience was that they are not a reliable communicator. I got in touch with what I believed was a reasonable request and explained as best as I could the situation: the sink was blocked, I tried using chemicals myself. It didn’t work, so I was looking for new pipes. Unfortunately this request obviously wasn’t taken very seriously because I received no response and no explanation for no response. I hope nobody else goes through this experience but it has not left a very good impression on me.
