Toilets are available,unfortunately no privacy or confidentially when interviewed by staff,just one big office.staff are usually friendly & helpfull.unfortunetly we got a very unpleasant member of staff so only one star.

I didn't really know the role of the lady who rings me once in a while to check I'm ok. I just knew it was via probation. I've told Michelle every problem I have from neurological and legal to financial and psychological.I just googled the company from her signature on texts.When you're physically and mentally unwell, being isolated on top of it is very painful. This lovely lady is a life saver and goes above and beyond. Thank you x
