Bought leather recliner , 2 years in and it’s worn so bad . Took insurance out on it and the guy has came out and it won’t cover it . Guy said only if it was a one off accident not wear and tear . Waste of money !!!! No one wants to help a genuine case . No leather sofa should wear so quickly and has been well looked after and we also purchased the oak furniture care kit twice may as well washed it with bleach might have lasted longer !!!!!

Very disappointing visit yesterday to buy a nest of tables for my 89 year old Mum. Item sitting there on the shop floor but only available thro home delivery costing £9.95 (no option to pick up & no stock despite being a small item). In end cost £29. 95 to get box put into my Mum's living rooms which about 4 steps in from front door as she unable to lift it. Left in box for her to open & check within 48 hrs. Worse was the Black Friday offer price which the same price as quoted online in August 2022 (is that allowed?).Delivery date offered was 7 weeks wait rather than 4 weeks told. (popular item&xmas). Other retailers offer delivery for Xmas if ordered up to 9th Dec!

Delivery day finally arrives after 8 weeks wait for furniture that says 7 days online. Phonecall at 07:30 to say only 2 out of the 5 items are available for delivery. Quote “this happens ALL the time”. Delivery guys put me through to customer services. Who have said next Wednesday at the earliest. Day off work wasted!!!! £96 refund? NOT good enough!!

Made a complaint about a driver who damaged my property and drove off without any apologies or stopping to report. Spoke to a lady called Stacey who said she would investigate the matter and come back to me. Still waiting.

Two times my order had failed to be delivered. Do not waste your time with this company. Been waiting for my sofa since December, still haven't got it.Absolutely awful. Asked to put in a formal complaint and he tried to offer me a good will gesture of my delivery amount refunded.Absolute joke!!!!!

Without doubt the WORSE customer service team I have ever had to deal with.The staff instore are great, very friendly and helpful.However the item I paid over £800 for was delivered broken, contacted the store and they put a claim form in for me. However you still have to contact customer services.for 4 days I have tried to contact them only to sit on-hold for 2 hours and it to automatically hang up on me. Furniture is literally sitting in my house broken for a week now and am not closer to getting a replacement because its literally impossible to get through to there customer services.Total Disgrace. Will not be shopping with them again and will be cancelling the next item am currently waiting on.

I paid for premium delivery & assembly for new dining table on chairs arriving on the 14 Nov...they hadn't packed the bolts in the box for the table so said they'd be delivered in a week...they hadn't arrived over a week later so I phoned today...the first advisor said she was putting me on hold, then hung up. Got through to a second advisor who said there was an error on their part & the bolts hadn't been issued for delivery but they would be sent out & then I have to arrange for the men to come out & assemble the table...disgusted with the service...I have no confidence that this will be done promptly...so I have a table & chairs sitting in my dining room that can't be used & as I'm working from home have to work in my bedroom. I won't order from this company again.

Very friendly and helpful staff who are always on hand to help but not over powering. Lauren was really helpful and listened to everything I wanted in furniture. Will definitely deal with this retailer again

Sales team weren't pushy, prices were reasonable and 5 year protection very good.

Worst Experience - I ordered a 3 seater recliner sofa and they sent me a faulty one . They were quick enough to send me an incompatible replacement sofa (2 right side sofas) with missing parts like legs and screws. I gave up and asked for a different colour one the wait time was 4 months + , when the delivery date arrived they created a Drama that they couldn't locate me and rescheduled my delivery to the following week , then they further delayed by a athoner week as they package did not arrive to the depot . not sure how can this happen when then missed a delivery 2 weeks before .The Dining table chairs that i received turned out to be faulty in 4 months of usage . we can already feel the wooden edges . Total waste of money
