My golden retriever, Max, had an excellent and thorough groom from Emma and he came away smelling SO clean! The clean smell lasted for a really long time and we got lots of compliments on how smart he looked with his freshly trimmed coat. Emma was wonderful with Max (he doesn’t usually like his ears or feet being touched), she gave him a thorough health check and gave me loads of advice and tips, answering all the questions I had. Emma has top of the range equipment and products and I am definitely taking Max back in a couple of months for another spa session!

First time using Emma, my 12 month old pup loved her experience, she normally hates being groomed. Flood looked and smelled fabulous. Would highly recommend. Emma is knowledgeable and gave great advice on how to keep Floss’s coat in great condition.

Ruby can struggle to groom herself, she is 12 and just gets abit lazy, I also am a little forgetful in grooming her too.Ruby visits Emma when she needs a helping hand with her matted areas under her belly mostly.Emma makes Ruby feel so at ease, a perfect quiet private environment for Ruby which she loves. Emma is very kind and gentle and really does do a great job, Ruby seems to really enjoy her time at the groomers with Emma and loves to show of her her new look when she gets home. Thank you Emma

We got our dog Bertie groomed for the first time with Emma and we were very impressed. He came out smelling incredibly and his coat was so soft! The quality of the cut was also done perfectly, she was able to cut off a lot while also keeping it so his features and little personality still shone through.Would definitely recommend x

We have been for our first groom today with Shire pet nurse and Emma was fantastic with our spaniel. She is a very nervous dog and explained this to Emma but she has done such an amazing job on her, we are so pleased. Will definitely book again she has really put us at ease about leaving her.Thank you

I thought my dogs might not let Emma groom them as they’d never been groomed before and one is very nervous. She managed to groom them very well without force and I felt very comfortable leaving them with her.

Emma is absolutly INCREDIBLE!! She is so patient and I can tell she's amazing with animals. My Darcy is a nervous girl but has taken straight to Emma and is so much happier with her as a groomer! Emma clips Darcy fantastically and Darcy always comes out looking beautiful! Thankyou Emma! Xx

Excellent, experienced and caring grooming service from Emma. My 1 year old Cavapoo, Blossom, has a difficult coat as it’s soft and easily knots. Emma has been great at helping me manage this. Blossom is a sensitive soul and benefits from Emma’s calm and gentle approach.

Tried many groomers around shrewsbury. Shire pet nurse is easily the best. Did exactly what I asked to an impeccable standard.. the dogs both felt so calm under her care. Great job!
