We recently visited the TLS Visa Centre Manchester, and I must say that I had a pleasant experience. From start to finish, their service was top-notch.The document verification process was quick and efficient. I was pleasantly surprised at how smoothly everything went. The staff who assisted us were helpful and kind. They made sure all our questions were answered and that we felt comfortable throughout the process.The biometrics procedure was also a breeze.They made what can sometimes be a stressful process feel easy and stress-free.

It was surprisingly pleasant applying for a visa at this new centre in the heart of Manchester: the checks were speedy, the rooms were nicely decorated, the waiting area was organised, and the entire process for me took 45 minutes start to finish. I would give this five stars but for the complication in securing an appointment.

I had to wait almost 3 hours after my appointment time to get served. Appointment was at 12pm. Only got served at 2.40pm.I'm tired and hungry having had no lunch. The staff member processing German applications seems to be under so much stress, and was nice nevertheless.

TLS charged me for a service I did not need to pay for and have refused to refund me for over 2 months now. After causing me a major inconvenience with their lack of necessary information.I was forced to book an appointment on a Saturday because my daughter (4) is in school during weekdays. I paid 2x £60 totalling £120 for a weekend appointment.Before payment I had seen on their website that it’s free for children her age I called to verify why it is showing on my bill and if it could be taken off before I pay, I was asked to go ahead and pay and on the day of the appointment I should ask for a refund when I am at the center so I went ahead and payed.On the appointment day I was told children her age are not allowed in- (the shock) now I have travelled all the way from Liverpool with her. I had to call my husband to come and take her so I can go in and have my appointment.On entering I saw all the notifications that kids are not allowed and is actually free for them.I asked for a refund of the £60 pounds paid for my daughter as advised on phone and was laughed at and told they don’t issue refunds there ha!I was told to phone customer care again and they will process the refund. I have now phoned and phoned and a very rude male voice with an Indian accent always picks up and treats me like I am a pain. It has been over 2 months now, several calls, emails complaints forms filled latter no refund issued to me and now I can’t even get through to customer care anymore.How does an organisation like this operate on such a manner?I will definitely not rest until I have my money back and will use any means possible you cannot cause me a major inconvenience as such and then have me loose money on top of it!

The staff at biometric section was unbearably unprofessional, rude and bad tempered. I was waiting outside the biometric only to be shouted by the lady taking the biometrics. I had previous Schengen visa availed within a year and yet had to provide biometrics again. Happy to do so again , but being shouted for technical failure of display screen ( as told by that very same lady) from your end is totally irresponsible. NON of my problem. Customers deserve better service and manners of the least. A smile goes a long way if technical faults arise. BE apologetic and don't show frustrations on customers. No surprise your terrible service stands at 2.8 as of 6th Dec 2023 ( for the record)

Was treated like a criminal on arrival, and everyone was extremely rude here throughout. Was told very abruptly at entrance no drinks" (I and many others had turned up with a coffee in hand)No mention of this rule on the website or during booking confirmation

I had numerous of visas applied in both London and Manchester and most of the services were really horrible & time wasting. I wouldn’t even bother to give 1 star but today I like to give 5 star as its the best so far. I paid 3 hrs parking but only took me 40mins in and out. If There’s not a system fault that the lady had to manually enter a form for me it could be even faster. The lady who’s dealing my Belgium visa was really kind and polite.Suggestion:- Sort out the online app booking system that depends on luck- Sort out the biometric system that always lost people’s data and needs re-enter every single time. 59 months valid is a joke.- Sort out the system that lost my online form (apparently you need to change your IT team)- shelter for people who are waiting outdoor in rain- better attitude and more patient on applicants- a clock in door if phones are not allowedUpdate: got my Belgium tourism visa, only 20 days with 1 x 7 days entry.Well thank you. I won’t go to Belgium again.

Today's experience with my long-stay French visa application was outstanding. The staff, particularly a lovely lady acting as amanager/supervisor , were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Despite some errors in my application, the agent and the supervisor/manager patiently and efficiently corrected them. Opting for the VIP service was a great choice as it allowed me to bypass the queue, making the process smooth and hassle-free.

The staff at the door and first desk are rude and disrespectful. There was no place to sit so we were being ordered to move around in a very disrespectful manner.The person who processed my application was enjoying torturing me. I had inserted the wrong nationality. He could fix it, but he pretended he couldn’t. He eventually corrected it but wouldn’t confirm my application would be processed until I asked clearly. He was smiling with satisfaction for “messing” with me.I have requested a refund for a service tls didn’t provide. It has been over 2 months and every time I email, they respond apologising for the inconvenience and promising that they’re working on it. More than 2 months to process a small refund after they asked for an unnecessary amount of documentation. I have been asking to speak to a manager, but they wouldn’t let me.
