There was a little confusion about what was needed at first, but once I notified Stefan that the work wasn't quite right, he sent a plumber out immediately and fixed the problem to my satisfaction. I will use again.

We have been using ROKU Plumbin for years now, from small jobs to big jobs these guys can do it all. Aaron Hall the owner has a lot of experiance and well versed in plumbing code. Every time they come over I' am impressed. This time we upgraded our water heater to a tankless. We love it!! Endless hot water is amazing !! I would reccomend these guys to anyone!!!

David was very professional and knowledgeable of what was needed to replace a whole house water cut-off valve. Unfortunately the cost was more than I was willing to pay. Mark was very pleasant and easy to talk with.

My water heater started to go out Wednesday. Thursday morning they came out to give me a quote and I replaced it with a new tankless water heater. Friday they worked through the day to get it installed. The technicians did a great job and left the area nice and neat. I would definitely use them again in the future for my plumbing needs :).

I don't understand how this place gets all 5 star reviews. My experience was awful. Avoid them.I lodged a complaint a week ago with their customer services (allservices4u) and have still not had a response. Here's an overview of my complaint:-I paid exorbitant emergency rates to fix a leaking radiator, but the plumber arrived late - 3 1/2 hrs after I called - by this point water was everywhere-The plumber didn't bring the right equipment (said he needed freezing kit)-The plumber couldn't figure out how to refill my system and said I needed to knock through plasteboard behind my boiler. I booked a new plumber the next day, who confirmed that was wholly incorrect-The plumber left after 2hrs having not fixed the problem, and said he couldn't come back next day

We moved into our new flat to find a broken boiler. David and Kriss sourced us a new one and got it up and running a day later. Very professional and lovely guys.

Jordan was great! H helped unclog a toilet that had been giving us trouble for years and it hasn’t re clogged since. Super fast work times, thorough work done, and fair pricing.

Adrin is a great plumber to call if you have an emergency situation. He is always ready to go and he even has the skills to solve your problems. Not only that, but he's very friendly and nice. Highly recommended Adrin to anyone!
