We viewed a few properties with no.86 and Matthew showed us around each time. He was brilliant each time. The Staff in the office were always friendly and happy to answer any of our questions. We had an offer accpted on the property and no.86 were brilliant throughout process. You really felt they were just an excited as we were about moving into our first home.

We recently sold a property through No86 estate agency and highly recommend them. From the moment we met Katie, all the way through to completion we were kept up to date. We have got to say a very big thank you to Meg, who helped us enormously and nothing was ever too much trouble for her. Also Ryan who did the viewings for us was very polite and professional and is a credit to their team. We could keep writing many more things about how good they are at their job, but it would take forever, so if you are looking to sell your home we would 100% recommend them to anyone. Absolutely incredible service from start to finish with number 86. Liz and Katie were constantly updating us with everything that was going on with the sale of our house. We sold our house and bought our new house through No. 86 and can't recommend them enough. Ryan who did the viewings is absolutely lovely, knows his stuff and so helpful. Meg in the office always answered our 100s of questions with clarity and patience. Katie and Matthew were always honest, helpful and we feel were thorough and professional but extremely approachable.
