My experience this time around was shockingly bad and I shall not return to any ATS branches ever again.... I specifically asked for Goodyear tyres and got something completely differentAlso check that your lug nut covers are on the car securely because they've probably half inched mine.No I do not want to engage with your services from customer services or any other departments it will stay as a 1 star review.If any communication from ATS happens I'll launch a complaint I ordered online and thought I was getting a good deal I just got ripped off. Cannot be trusted end of story. No apologies necessary I'm afraid because it won't change anything

Thought that £20 would be expensive to plug a punctured tyre. £31 was seriously overpriced. Only paid £50 for the whole tyre elsewhere.

I booked my Honda Civic in for a MOT on Monday but the MOT line was broken. I decided to leave the car with them and Rob kept me updated on a daily basis. Today the MOT was completed (Friday 6th Oct 2023). I want to thank them and Gary for all the help. Most people would have lost confidence with the delays, but they came good in the end. Booked, ordered and paid online for tyres to be fitted, arrived at 8.40 (traffic) appointed time was 8.30 to be told we didn't think you were coming 1.5 hrs for tyres, decided to wait, 1 hour later phoned to say ordered tyres were not delivered. Different tyres agreed to be fitted approx 3/4 hr later collected car.Since then noticed a vibration at speed, got wheel balance checked and all four wheels out of balance, one had old weights still attached.Never again.

Booked in and paid in advance for a simple service and check. I dropped it off at 9:30 and was told it will be ready by mid afternoon and I will be called. No call not picking up the phone and to be fair I expected to be able to just wait for an hour and drive off.I didn't get a list of things that were checked only a receipt of less oil than the car needs (which means it's either not properly drained or not properly topped up).Never again.

Have used this garage for tire installation and wheel alignments. I've found the service to be prompt and friendly on both occasions. There was no fuss and no shady sales tactics, unlike some other garages. Prices were also competitive for the services I used. Being able to book online is a definite plus for me.

I drive a company vehicle and we have an account with ATS. My van had a puncture, really struggled to get it sorted anywhere, ATS or otherwise. Everywhere was busy for days. Dropped it off here after a quick phone call, the guy said they'd do their best, but no promises, as they were very busy too. Van was sorted by the afternoon and I was back at work. Thank you!

Although quite expensive, they were very helpful and capable. lots of parking space and a very tidy and spacious waiting room.
