Worst company to deal with, never return calls, do not turn up to booked appointments. Despite repeated calls and emails there is no urgency on their part to ever respond. Avoid at all costs or enjoy chasing like us.

Brilliant. Called and arranged a engineer straight away. Mark was great help. I was not home but they attended, did the job and posted my new keys in my letter box. Paid over phone via their invoice email. No hassle no stress. 100% convenient.

Well all I can say is what an amazing Service! Having just started a new contract I lost my van key! Things were not looking good, I rang this company and they bent over backwards to help me! They were at my house within a few hours made me a new key and got me back on the road!! No hidden charges very professional highly recommended. Look no Further worth every penny. Thankyou so much

I paid 170 for a new transit fob which stopped working after a week. A technician came and sorted the problem which was a weak signal from the fob. The key has stopped working after 3 weeks now, I've spoken to a mechanic and the issue is the key not the van. I can't get Thru to the Car key people as his mobile seems to have blocked my number and no response from Google number. I'm now 170 pound out of pocket with a van that doesn't lock. I would not recommend

My experience was arranged through Cazoo. The appointment was arranged and by a phone call with Chris. He arrived as agreed and I now have a new key. Chris was helpful and explained the process. It was all very easy.

Professional, friendly, swift and simply gets the job done from unlocking the car, supplying a copy of the key, to emailing a receipt.I got a quote for the around the same price to just unlock the car with no key cutting, from another company in Hackney. This was after they came and could not get the job done and wanted to send out a specialist.It's a shame I have no plans of getting locked out of my car again, I would definitely call these guys. I will so recommend them!
